INDEPENDENT CONSERVATIVE VOICE OF UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA

INDEPENDENT CONSERVATIVE VOICE OF
UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA

As a student of and a participant in a brief segment of Military History, it is my deeply held view that the next two years may be the most precarious and dangerous years the American people have faced since the 1860s, or maybe ever. The sad and tragic aspect of our situation is that we have brought it on ourselves by deliberate actions or through naïve ignorance.

Call me old-fashioned or a fanatic or whatever you choose, but in my view, most of us and all of our elected officials are looking for solutions in all the wrong places. Political parties and liberal judges don’t have the solutions. Before you can find a solution, you must define the problem. Our current national leaders can’t even bring themselves to call terrorists and known enemies by the right names. How can they be trusted to find workable solutions in our national interest?

The problem and the solution are so uncomplicated that the educated elite can’t accept them as valid.

Here we go: All the problems in the world are caused by something called sin, and the solution is found only through the shed blood of Jesus Christ who lives and intercedes for those who call on his name and repent of their sin.

Can you believe I said that? Think about it for a minute. As human beings, we try every man-made remedy first and only in desperation, at the very last moment, as a last resort, on our deathbed so to speak, we finally turn to God.

As a nation we are rapidly approaching that last resort. It is time to define the problem so we may seek a solution.

So-called Christians and their church leaders have allowed God and Jesus Christ to be virtually banished from public life in what was once a Christian nation. This is a national disgrace and a sin for which we all as individuals share the blame.

Every year, we allow thousands of unborn babies to be murdered in their mother’s womb. This is another national sin for which we all share the blame, and must repent and seek an end to the killing.

These two sins alone have resulted in the degeneration of morality in our society, elimination of the traditional family unit, and lessening value of all human life.

The problem of Islamic killers wanting to kill all Jews and Christians who do not convert to their religion can be traced to Old Testament times. Abraham disobeyed God and fathered a child by a servant. He later fathered a child by his wife. The descendants of the two boys have been enemies every since. There will be no political solution to this spiritual problem that will be settled at a time known only to God.

We are facing determined foes both within and without our borders with our defense establishment in disarray and our political leaders either trying to destroy our hard-earned constitutional republic or clueless about what they can or should do to deal with the situation in which we find ourselves.

The Progressive Democrats, previously known as Communists and Marxists, are dedicated to replacing the Constitutional Republic with a Communist dictatorship ruled by the self-appointed, arrogant, wealthy elite. Their plan for staying in power is to continue to grow their coalition of ignorant, stupid and addicted followers who are fed at the government trough and look to government for all their needs and wants.

We have allowed liberals to rule our lives, lie to us with immunity and teach revisionist history and immorality to generations of children. To a large number of our fellow countrymen, truth is defined as what you can say or do and get by with. We choose the most successful spinners of falsehood to be our leaders. Under the current laws, citizens are punished for lying to government agents, including Congress and the IRS, but elected officials can lie with total immunity. Something is wrong with this picture.

The sooner we define the problem and change our ways, the sooner we will find solutions. Real change must begin in the pulpits of America’s churches that have been complacent for too long. A remnant is at work. When will others join the battle?
