Mark Dibler is pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Pickens, South Carolina. “The Lord has given me the privilege of being their pastor for the past 14 years,” Mark said recently.

Mark is also the husband and father of members of a marvelous musical group called Family Harmony, composed of Mark, his wife and four children.

Recently, Family Harmony provided the music for the 2007 Upcountry Freedom Conference at the Greenville Hilton, featuring Dr. Chuck Baldwin and several other speakers including Rev. Mark Dibler.

Family Harmony is the second generation of a group by the same name that began singing in 1991. The original group consisted of three Dibler siblings and their spouses, all graduates of Tabernacle Christian School in Greenville.

The original group broke up when Matt Dibler became the lead singer with the Inspirations, a group from North Carolina considered by many to be the leading Southern Gospel Quartet in the nation today.

About two years ago, the talented Mark Dibler family began singing together at the suggestion of their first-born daughter, Rebecca.

In addition to preaching and singing, Mark is a song writer.

One of Mark’s songs, Resurrection Ground, was inspired by the untimely death of his precious three-year old daughter Marie.

Resurrection Ground has been recorded by the Inspirations and is heard at many of their concerts.

Another song written and recorded by Mark was inspired by the passing of a beloved member of his church. It is titled Singing With The Angels and is the title song of a ten-song CD by Family Harmony. Seven of the songs on the recording were written by Mark Dibler.

Family Harmony CDs and information on bookings may be obtained by calling (864) 878-4561 or writing Family Harmony, 236 E. Preston McDaniel Road, Pickens, SC 29671.
