Piedmont Women’s Center Celebrates New Offices PDF Print E-mail

The Piedmont Women’s Center held an open house recently in their new administrative offices on Greenville’s Eastside for volunteers and donors.

Prior to touring the facility and enjoying refreshments, presentations were made to two families that have been strong supporters of the ministry.

A floral painting by Carolyn Holmes was presented to Dr. Robert Osbon, and a painting by her daughter Rebecca Ann Turner was presented to Mr. and Mrs. Alvin McCall.

The Piedmont Women’s Center operates crisis pregnancy centers in three locations in Greenville County: 1146 Grove Road, Greenville; 710 Laurens Road, Greenville and 100 Collins Drive, Greer.

Free and confidential services provided at each location include:

• Free pregnancy tests with immediate results and confidential counseling.

• A safe and secure place to explore alternatives.

• Limited OB Ultrasounds through the  first trimester.

• Information about pregnancy, abortion, fetal development and parenting.

• Referrals for medical and legal aid and information.

• Information and counseling about sexually transmitted diseases.

• Abortion recovery assistance for men and women who are survivors of abortion.

• Assistance with physical supplies for those who choose the option of parenting.
