Despite all of the concern by conservative voters about selecting a Republican candidate for president who can be expected to uphold traditional conservative family values, their efforts may be in vain unless the issue of illegal migration is dealt with swiftly.
With the Motor Voter Law in place, all one needs to show to vote even in Republican South Carolina is a driver’s license. For a price, it has been reported that virtually anyone can get a driver’s license in North Carolina. That license can be used to obtain a license in any other state. Individuals do not have to appear in person in order to register to vote in most states. Therefore, the driver’s license serves as a ticket to the polls for anyone who has one in his or her possession, whether legitimate or not.
Illegals can fraudulently register to vote merely by filling out a Voter Registration Application or a Motor-Voter Card and signing the line where they are swearing to be a qualified U. S. citizen. The application may be mailed or carried to the registration office. The application will be processed and a Voter Registration Card mailed to their address, listing the precinct where they are to vote.
Federal law intending to remove barriers to voter registration prohibits asking voter applicants to prove that they are actually citizens of the United States. This loophole encourages special interest political activists to solicit millions of illegal migrants who might vote for their candidates. There are many allegations that illegal voters have been a deciding factor in the election of socialist and Marxist candidates running as Democrats in California and elsewhere.
The Associated Press reported that a deal between New York and the Bush Administration just last week would allow that state to issue what is called “super-secure” driver’s licenses to both legal residents of the states and those who are there illegally.
The Homeland Security Secretary has said he is not happy with the issue of these documents to illegal aliens, but there is nothing he can do about it.
New York has an estimated one million illegal residents, or “undocumented immigrants,” as they are called.
It should not be difficult for Americans to understand that individuals, who enter this country illegally and falsify documents to stay here, would not be opposed to voting for a socialist Democrat who promises that the US Government will take care of them and their children from womb to tomb. Democrat Party activists know it, the illegal migrants know it and conservative Republicans had best begin to understand it or they will become an ignored minority in states and counties where they are currently the clear majority.
It is past time for decent and sensible Democrats and Republicans to reject the radical socialist, Marxist and globalist influences leading both political parties at the national level.
The Bush Administration and many Republicans in Congress have been a disappointment to their constituents. They have overspent, supported big government and big business to the detriment of the people they represent. In many instances they have ignored their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.
The editor of Real News writes that the “Democratic Party nationally is now controlled by a small minority of shameless dirty-tricksters who are supported by powerful America-hating billionaires who want to change the Constitution and our historic culture.
“The mostly liberal media is slanting news to favor the minority ‘Do-Whatever-Feels-Good’ morals of the Humanist Democrats and the ‘Government-Owes-It-To-You’ Marxists who claim to be Democrats.”
Men and women of good will, regardless of party affiliation, must wake up and become informed and active in the affairs of our republic, or it will be forever lost for future generations.
