VoterGA Expands Suit to Subpoena Konnech Servers, Ban ERIC
- By VoterGA
ATLANTA -- VoterGA announced today an expansion to its original complaint that seeks a ban on the pending Salesforce third-party voter registration system also known as GaRVIS. The amendment seeks to ban all outsourcing of Georgians’ private data to third-party vendors. It is one of the first lawsuits in America to contest all outsourcing of private voter data by a Secretary of State (SOS).
The amendment seeks to ban current voter data transfers to the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) that receives both voter and non-voter resident data from the Georgia SOS. Petitioners contend that ERIC shared personal data illegally with the Center for Electronic Innovation and Research (CEIR) and that data was used for partisan purposes in violation of the Help America Vote Act and National Voting Rights Act.
Don't Let Them Delete History!
- By Anne Schlafly Cori, Eagle Forum Chairman
What is it about liberal leaders who edit our founding American documents?
Last week, Vice-President Kamala Harris omitted "life" when she quoted the Declaration of Independence. She said, "We collectively believe and know, America is a promise … It is a promise of freedom and liberty. Not just some, but for all. A promise we made in the Declaration of Independence, that we are each endowed with the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness." How can anyone have liberty or happiness if we do not first have a right to life? For Harris, the fundamental right to life in our Declaration of Independence does not fit with her demand for a right to kill inconvenient babies.

Biden 'Abandons Pregnant Mothers to Suffer Alone' from Abortion Pills: 75 Congressmen
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
A flurry of legislation, executive orders, and lawsuits have volleyed back and forth between the Biden administration, which seeks to protect the abortion industry, and pro-life advocates attempting to protect unborn children and their mothers. As the Biden administration expanded the distribution of abortion-inducing drugs, 75 pro-life lawmakers have demanded the FDA take pills off the market altogether. As Biden’s executive actions tout expanding the distribution of abortion-inducing drugs as “essential to our [n]ation’s health,” litigators have threatened to take abortionists to state court and issued fresh warnings to corporations thinking of trafficking in life-ending drugs.

SC Families Deserve Education Freedom
- By John Warren - SC's Conservative Future
Every week it seems like states across the country are passing new school choice policies that expand opportunity for students. Now it’s South Carolina’s turn: this week, the Senate is considering a bill that would bring historic education freedom to our state. We have the chance to lead the way in expanding education freedom for families and ensure that kids in South Carolina have the best education possible.
Senator Wes Climer has introduced amendments to the bill (S.39) that would substantially increase the number of families eligible to participate. Our goal should be simple: expand school choice to include as many students as possible.
Bishop E.W. Jackson says Al Sharpton Preaching Tyre Nichols Funeral Makes Mockery of the Tragedy
- By Staying True to America’s National Destiny
WASHINGTON -- Bishop E.W. Jackson, President and Founder of STAND -- Staying True to America’s National Destiny -- says Al Sharpton should not be allowed to preach the eulogy for Tyre Nichols.
Jackson says, “If the facts as we now know them are proved in a court of law, the former police officers deserve life in prison for their callousness and depraved indifference to human life.” He adds however that this is clearly not a racial issue, but one of “humanity,” which should unite rather than divide us.

- By Randy Page - BJU
Bob Jones University will hold its annual Bible Conference February 14 - 17, on the BJU campus. This year’s theme, “God’s Steadfast Love,” is often referenced throughout the Scriptures and serves as an encouraging reminder of the hope found in Christ.

Critical Alert on Convention of States in Montana
- By Eagle Forum
Montana is a particularly critical state because in 2007 Montana rescinded all previous Article V Constitutional Convention applications. If the Montana Legislature passes SJ2, the United States is closer to the 34 states required to call a dangerous Constitutional Convention. All Americans should oppose this attempt to rewrite our Constitution.
Please Share this with like-minded friends and family.
SJ2: Article V Constitutional Convention has passed the Senate Business, Labor, and Economic Affairs Committee. SB211 a companion bill will soon be heard in the same committee.
Anti-Christian Bigotry in U.S. and Europe
- By Bill Donohue, Catholic League President
Last July, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, who had just recently written the majority opinion overturning Roe v. Wade, upset militant secularists when he spoke honestly about the fate of religious liberty. In his Rome address, he talked about a "growing hostility to religion, or at least the traditional religious beliefs that are contrary to the new moral code that is ascendant in some sectors."
What Alito said is true in the U.S. and Europe.
Policeman’s Resignation Shows the Fallout over Marriage Has Begun
- By Tony Perkins - The Washington Stand
Last week, North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis (N.C.) bragged to The Washington Post that he doesn’t “vote for anything” that he thinks “will have a serious political consequence.” They were glib words for a man who’d just put his name behind a bill rewriting marriage for every American. Like the 11 other Republican senators whose moral courage collapsed before the nation’s eyes, Senator Tillis would have you believe there’s no fallout from his vote for same-sex marriage. But a young Georgia policeman who’s out of a job over his beliefs would beg to disagree.
Progressivism Versus Popular Sovereignty
- By Josh Hammer
On Thursday, Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall filed a letter, on behalf of 16 state attorneys general, to U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA). The letter, which pertains to Biden administration policy on COVID-19, is both important on its own merits, insofar as what it urges the new Congress to do, and more broadly significant insofar as the spotlight it helpfully shines on the American ruling class's unsatiable desire to govern via perpetual crisis.
The letter, which cleverly cites President Joe Biden's own September 2022 admission that "the pandemic is over," decries the administration's continued reliance on "emergency" powers to implement various COVID-related policies -- especially those pertaining to the "emergency-use authorizations" that have enabled the government to develop, mass-produce and mass-distribute the COVID vaccines despite the fact they have still not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration.

Congress Must Act to Cure the Border Crisis
- By Eagle Forum
Over the last couple of years, the Biden administration’s destructive policies regarding our nation’s border security and immigration laws have placed a huge burden on states and their residents to patch the cracks in the system. But the states can only do so much. The real solution needs to come from Congress.
This past December marked the highest border encounters in U.S. history. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced that 251,487 immigrants tried to cross the border illegally. They also confirmed that at least 1.2 million illegal immigrants “got away” since President Biden assumed office in 2021. The actions (or inactions) of the Biden administration are reckless. Former acting ICE Director Tom Homan said:
Romans 13 Revisited: Are Americans Being Confused For “Lack Of Knowledge”? A Second Look For An Answer
- By W.H. Lamb
“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers; for there is no power but of God; and the powers that be, are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God; and they that resist, shall receive to themselves condemnation. For Magistrates are not to be feared for good works, but for evil. Wilt thou then be without fear of the power? Do well; so shalt thou have praise of the same. For he is the minister of God for thy wealth; but if thou do evil, fear, for he beareth the sword for nought; for he is the minister of God to take vengeance on him that doeth evil.” - Romans 13:1-4, 1599 Geneva Bible
I don’t present myself as a Biblical scholar. But I do study God’s Holy and truthful Word quite often for my own betterment, and particularly when preparing articles for this great digital newspaper, The Times Examiner. One of the parts of His Word that I have long been perplexed about is the first four verses of Romans 13. I find it confusing when trying to equate what my pastors over the years have told me that it meant, versus what I’ve been convinced it really means, based on the teaching of other pastors.
Why Would Republicans Rule Out Social Security and Medicare Reform?
- By Veronique de Rugy
If you follow policy debates long enough, arguments you never thought you'd hear can become key components of the two parties' policy platforms. That's certainly the case when it comes to some Republicans and their new "never touch Social Security and Medicare" position.
Over the weekend, newly elected GOP Sen. J.D. Vance of Ohio tweeted that former President Donald Trump was 100% correct to demand that "Under no circumstances should Republicans vote to cut a single penny from Medicare or Social Security." Vance's tweet was issued amid the debt-ceiling fight, but this position has long been held by Trump.
Local Elected Officials Must Stop the Idiotic Carbon Capture Pipeline
- By Catching Fire News
The attack on private property, and non-replaceable farmland, continues in Mid-West farm states. Powerful, private corporations are plotting with government lackeys to build the idiotic carbon capture pipeline.
Me and my guest, activist Tammy Kobza, reveal the latest details and the dangerous new tactics being employed by the corporations. The good news, says Kobza, opposition to the scheme is growing!
Ask Your Representatives to Protect Title IX
- By Eagle Forum
After fifty years of Title IX protecting women’s and girls’ access to education, sports, and privacy, the Biden administration is erasing what it means to be female and turning Title IX on its head. The Department of Education decided to change the definition of ‘sex’ to include sexual orientation and gender identity. This means that biological men can play in girls’ sports teams and have access to their private spaces. Parents of minors do not have to be informed about these changes and any opposition could have severe consequences.
The DOJ's 'Monitoring' of Pro-Life Laws Is a 'Usurpation' of State Authority, Experts Say
- By Dan Hart - The Washington Stand
On Monday, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland strongly downplayed the rights of states to establish their own pro-life legislation, saying that the Department of Justice is “monitor[ing] state laws and enforcement actions to ensure that states do not infringe on federal protections of reproductive rights.” Experts are pointing out the brazen nature of Garland’s comments in the wake of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision last June, which overturned Roe v. Wade.

- By Christian Newswire

Planetary magnetic fields and Biblical creation Part 3
- By Charles Creager, Jr.
In the previous articles in this series, we saw how successful Dr. Russell Humphreys’ Dynamic Decay Theory has been at explaining and predicting the magnetic fields of various planets in the solar system. When combined with the model of the Genesis Flood known as Catastrophic Plate Tectonics the fluctuations described in dynamic decay are themselves explained as a result of accelerated tectonic motion going on within the earth at this time.
The reason for this is that the model shows that the accelerated circular currents in the mantle would be bringing down crustal material much lower than possible standard plate tectonics. The presence of this material has been confirmed by observation to the surprise of secular geologists.

National Debt Reflects a Nation That Has Lost Its Way
- By Star Parker
As tensions about raising the nation's $31.4 trillion debt ceiling build, the headline that should be flashing in front of every American is that our country is not working.
Nothing is going to get fixed -- really fixed -- until we come clean about this basic, sad and distressing fact.
How can it be that we have national debt equal to size of our entire $32 trillion economy? And where were we all when this happened? As recently as 2008, debt was 39.2%, rather than 100%, of our GDP.
It's Official: Trump's Tax Cuts Paid for Themselves
- By Stephen Moore
How many times have you heard President Joe Biden or Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT) berate the Trump tax cuts as "a giveaway to the rich"?
Biden and congressional Democrats now want to let expire major planks of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, former President Donald Trump's signature domestic achievement, particularly the incentives for American businesses to invest more here at home.
