Bible-Baptist---Mark-Dibler-and-Nikey-Chavers
Dr. and Mrs. Nicky Chavers and The Academy of Arts Drama Ministry concluded Summer Drama camp this past Friday. We at Bible Baptist Church were honored and blessed to be able to host the very first production of the summer by the Southern Drama Team. Last night a team of young people from all over the country performed “Joseph of Arimathea,” an original play written by Dr. Nicky Chavers.

Everyone in attendance was blessed by the performance and impressed by the talents of these young people. This team alone will perform in over 35 churches all over the south this summer and minister to hundreds of people. (In addition to the Southern Team, two other teams of young people will minister throughout the Midwest and the Northeast.)

“Book us for this date every year, [the first Sunday after the conclusion of Summer Drama Camp] from now until Jesus returns!” is what Pastor Mark Dibler said to Dr. Chavers during the concluding remarks of last night’s service.

Check the schedules of these Summer Drama Teams by going to The Academy of Arts website, www.theacademyof

arts.org. If they are not scheduled to perform in your church this summer, please plan on attending a performance near you. You and your family will be blessed.
