Does Rep. Jerry Nadler (D) live in New York or an alternate universe? People certainly wondered after a House Judiciary hearing where the 76-year-old declared, “Men do not compete in women’s sports.” Is the president’s senility contagious or is Nadler living in complete denial of a global phenomenon that’s plunged communities into chaos? Not only are men competing in women’s sports, they’re winning women’s titles — a fact Riley Gaines was more than happy to point out.
“Ironic he says this on the EXACT 2 year anniversary of this photo being taken,” the former University of Kentucky swimmer posted alongside a picture of Lia Thomas holding a trophy he never should have had the chance to race for. “This 6’4” man isn’t fooling anyone with any amount of common sense,” Gaines fumed. “2 years ago today I had a fire lit under me and communists like Nadler continue to fuel it.”
If completed units reveal the more immediate state of the housing market, housing starts and permitting activity are the canary in the coalmine: Fewer homes under construction and falling permits mean dwindling options for future buyers, adding more pressure to a market already strained by tight supply.
In 2023, housing completions seemed solid: 1.4 million new homes hit the market, a 4.2% increase compared to 2022. The catch? The number of new homes increased only due to the development of the multifamily sector, which jumped 22% year-over-year.
Coupled with the fact that new single family homes are dropping, this could point to a shift towards bolstering the rental sector rather than relieving the pressure on the homes for sale front.
Transgender Day of Visibility is an international event that is held every year on March 31. This year it falls on Easter Sunday.
Left-wing government officials, led by President Biden and his administration, along with left-wing LGBT activists, led by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), will call attention to the heroics of transgender persons. They should instead call attention to their lifestyle, which too often is marked by drugs and violence.
At the end of 2023, HRC listed 32 incidents of transgender persons who died a violent death. It took the occasion to say that "These victims, like all of us, are loving partners, parents, family members, friends and community members. They worked, went to school and attended houses of worship."
For something to be considered scientific you know it has to be the possibility of it being false but for this to be the case you have to allow for other possibilities to be considered. Because abiogenesis is the only naturalistic possibility by definition as long as naturalism rules the research no other possibilities such as an intelligent designer will even be allowed no matter how much the evidence points to it.
"Michelle Malkin’s latest book is required reading for anyone wishing to understand the forces and interests behind the open borders and mass migration lobby." —Pawel Styrna, ImmigrationReform.com
Follow the money, find the truth. That’s Michelle Malkin’s journalistic mantra, and in her stunning new book, Open Borders Inc., she puts it to work with a shocking, comprehensive exposé of who’s behind our immigration crisis.
In the name of compassion—but driven by financial profit—globalist elites, Silicon Valley, and the radical Left are conspiring to undo the rule of law, subvert our homeland security, shut down free speech, and make gobs of money off the backs of illegal aliens, refugees, and low-wage guest workers.
JERUSALEM (Worthy News) – Israel’s Foreign Minister has condemned the U.S. decision to withhold a veto on a United Nations Security Council resolution calling for “an immediate ceasefire in Gaza,” saying it will make it more difficult to free hostages.
Israel Katz told local Army Radio it was “a moral and ethical mistake” by the U.S. as it led to Hamas’s rejection of Israeli terms for a truce and hostage deal in exchange for prisoners.
The U.S. move to abstain from the ceasefire vote prompted Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to cancel a scheduled trip to the United States by two of his top advisers.
Hamas, deemed a terrorist organization by Israel, “is building on the fact that… there will be a ceasefire without it needing to pay a thing,” Katz stressed in comments monitored by Worthy News on Wednesday.

President Biden’s State of the Union address presented a vision of higher taxes for American businesses and high earners combined with carveouts, credits, and more complex rules for taxpayers at all income levels. Soon after, the president released his FY 2025 budget outlining how the White House would implement the president’s tax vision, indicating a gross tax hike of about $5.3 trillion from 2024 to 2034.
On a gross basis, we estimate Biden’s FY 2025 budget would increase taxes by about $4.4 trillion over that period. After taking various credits into account, the increase would be about $3.4 trillion. The tax increases would substantially increase marginal tax rates on investment, saving, and work, reducing economic output by 2.2 percent in the long run, wages by 1.6 percent, and employment by 788,000 full-time equivalent jobs.
“I’m not the same person,” a 19-year-old girl known only as #13 wanted the Supreme Court to know. “I regret my abortion so much. … I think about it every day.” Taking the abortion pill “was traumatizing,” she says, thinking about the tiny little person she saw. “I just died a little bit. My boyfriend and I miss our baby.”
A woman listed as A.C. thinks back with dismay to calling 911. She was waiting at the pharmacy for the painkillers and suddenly felt wet. “I … look[ed] down at my jeans and was shocked to see [that] I was covered in blood, from the top of the inseam down to my knees. Tears began to flood my eyes,” she remembers, filled with “horror and embarrassment. … My shock,” she says, “turn[ed] into sorrow when I … found the sac with my tiny baby in it. …I held her for a moment before folding up the toilet paper and setting it into the feminine products bin.” She called the abortion center in pain and grief, and they told her to call 911. So she just lied there “in the fetal position. … The bleeding continue[d] for days,” she says of the gruesome experience. There was also a smell that “reminded me … of what I had done.”
S.C. officials want to spend millions of state tax dollars on a new “clean electricity” strategy that includes a type of nuclear technology currently not in use by any U.S. utility, an investigation by The Nerve has found.
In recently passing its version of the nearly $41 billion total state budget for fiscal 2024-25, which starts July 1, the Republican-controlled S.C. House designated $50 million out of a state “rainy-day” fund for the "South Carolina Nexus for Advanced Resilient Energy,” or “SC Nexus” for short.
In an application submitted last year – which The Nerve recently reviewed – for federal designation as an inaugural “Tech Hub,” the S.C. Department of Commerce said the state’s expanding manufacturing sector, along with the scheduled closure of two of three regional coal plants by 2030, “provides opportunity to innovate, scale, and export new electricity technology and intellectual property.”
Our nation's Declaration of Independence begins with the famous statement that "all men ... are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
But according to the latest Gallup World Happiness Report, Americans' success in the "pursuit of happiness" is diminishing.
For the first time since the annual report was first compiled in 2012, the United States is not among the top 20 happiest countries in the world.
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has announced he plans to pass funding for Ukraine — with support from Democrats in the face of opposition from constitutionalist Republicans.Foreign aid is unconstitutional, since it isn’t one of the enumerated powers delegated to Congress under Article I, Section 8, of the U.S. Constitution. Instead of unconstitutionally prioritizing the borders of other countries, Congress must put America’s borders and national interests first. Please contact Congress, and urge them to oppose all foreign aid to Ukraine and other countries.

Chesnee, SC – U.S. Term Limits (USTL), the leader in the national, non-partisan movement to limit terms for elected officials, is gathering support from state lawmakers across the nation. Its mission is to get 34 states to apply for an amendment proposal convention specific to term limits on Congress. South Carolina state house Rep. Brian Lawson (District 30), has committed support for term limits on Congress by signing the term limits convention pledge.

TAIPEI (Worthy News) – A Taiwan-based company expects people to soon pay for goods and services through their “facial recognition, fingerprints, eye scans, and handprints.”
Jean-Philippe Niedergang, a regional CEO of global payment industry leader Castles Technology, said using “a totally personal and irreplaceable mechanism, biometric payment will significantly reduce fraud.”
He said payments at “points of sale,” such as in stores and restaurants will “allow for greater efficiency in the automated payment process by reducing waiting times for customers.”
The Biden administration regulators see a monopoly boogeyman behind the curtain of nearly every business merger and acquisition -- from airlines to cellphones to chicken producers.
Now they're trying to stop Capital One from acquiring the credit card company Discover.
That's a bizarre cease-and-desist order, because this acquisition by Capital One would INCREASE rather than inhibit competition in an industry that processes two-thirds of retail store and online transactions worth $5 trillion each year. Americans love swiping and tapping for their shopping.
Although the four men captured after the Crocus Center massacre of over 140 people near the Russian capital of Moscow were Muslim immigrants from Tajikistan, and on the surface, the style of killing was typical of fanatical Islamic radicalism, at least two highly regarded retired CIA analysts believe the ISIS narrative is a FALSE FLAG.

ATLANTA -- While Margaret Sanger began the eugenic march of controlling the black birth rate in America when she launched the Negro Project in 1939, Alan Guttmacher, her successor who simultaneously was vice president of the American Eugenic Society, took the effort over the top. According to his wife, his concern for differential fertility increased when he saw what he considered a population explosion among Blacks while interning at Johns Hopkins. Segregation kept the wards divided based on skin color, and Guttmacher like Sanger, had no problem deciding none of those housed in the Negro ward were wellborn enough to have children. Guttmacher, the father of abortion on demand, facilitated the easing of laws that prohibited abortion and birth control as he laid the groundwork to ensure Blacks were the number one target of those seeking to control their reproduction.
WILLS POINT, Texas -- It’s one of the most remarkable stories in the colossal quest to provide clean drinking water to every person on the planet.
The “Jesus Wells” project, a monumental undertaking of Texas-based mission agency GFA World (www.gfa.org), is 25 years old this year -- and on the cusp of delivering safe, clean drinking water to its 40 millionth beneficiary.
“As we mark World Water Day this month, we’re grateful for all who have sacrificed and labored to make the Jesus Wells project what it is today,” said GFA World founder K.P. Yohannan, also known as Metropolitan Yohan.
Pickens, SC – Today, Michael LaPierre formally announced his candidacy for South Carolina’s 3rd Congressional District. Michael LaPierre made the following statement:
Our nation finds itself in a time of crisis. Our southern border is being invaded, bringing with it cartel, fentanyl, and other dangerous drugs, and our national leadership isn’t willing to make the hard decisions necessary to end this crisis.
And we’re facing a second invasion of economic migrants and their employers who are abusing worker visa programs. The results are lower wages and less jobs for Americans and higher housing prices that are putting the American Dream of home ownership out of reach for more and more South Carolina families.
WASHINGTON -- A minority report to the congressional 'Alyce Spotted Bear and Walter Soboleff Commission on Native Children' has been released, shedding light on the detrimental effects of current federal Indian policies on families of tribal heritage. The report, titled "Minority Report: Commission on Native Children," is a result of extensive research and testimonies from grassroots, individual Native Americans and their families across the country - not powerful entities that subsist on government funding.
The report highlights the existence of an "iron triangle" within federal Indian policy, which has allowed for the implementation of laws and policies that some report as controlling, oppressive, and unconstitutional to Native American families. These policies have had a devastating impact on the well-being of Native American children, leading to high rates of poverty, extreme neglect, physical and sexual abuse, substance abuse, and suicide within these communities.
Tucker Carlson: 2014?
Vladimir Putin: Before that [2004-5, See paragraph after my background commentaries.]
Background Commentary 1. Tucker Carlson thought Vladimir Putin was talking about the 2014 coup in Ukraine, which deposed Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, who had been duly elected president in 2010. Yanukovych was a former Prime Minister and Governor of predominantly Russian ethnic Donetsk oblast. He was for Ukrainian military and economic neutrality and good relations with Russia and the European Union. His unconstitutional removal from office is often called the Maidan Revolution, which came with several mass demonstrations on February 18-23, 2014. The largest of these occurred over several days in the Independence Square (Maidan) in Kyiv. There were definitive telephone conversations recorded by Russian Intelligence about two weeks before this, which can still be found on YouTube, that confirm the U.S. State Department approved, largely funded, and encouraged this coup. Thirteen Interior Ministry riot police and 108 civilian demonstrators were killed, a large proportion by snipers firing from at least three buildings, including Hotel Ukrainia, occupied by Svoboda Party members. This coup d’état involved U.S. Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, and U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt. Later conversations directly involved pressure on Yanukovych to resign by Vice President Joe Biden. Biden’s VP Defense Advisor, now his Presidential Defense Advisor, Jake Sullivan, was heavily involved. It is logical that this coup had the approval of President Obama.
What, you ask, is “an Isle of Innisfree”? To me it is an almost mystical place that resides in one’s memories, carefully hidden away from “outsider” eyes, available only to the one whose memory vault is locked securely from those who didn’t share one or more of those “ancient reminiscences” with you, such as a parent, a sibling, or a childhood friend. Except for “bits and pieces”, one’s “Isle of Innisfree” can never be fully shared with one’s children, and seldom with one’s spouse. It can only be shared with one who “lived” it. If you don’t understand what I’m saying, then you aren’t old enough to have yet discovered your own “Isle of Innisfree”!
Congress took on the environmental activists as House leadership declared this week “Energy Week.” Many of the bills that came to the floor for a vote were energy-related such as ones denouncing the Biden administration’s harmful energy policies and disapproving of a national carbon tax. However, the Biden administration tried to upstage the House’s sensible actions by finalizing new tailpipe emissions standards that will drive up the cost and drive down the availability of gas-powered cars.
The Pennsylvania-based U.S. Steel company recently agreed to be purchased by the Tokyo-headquartered publicly traded company Nippon Steel. This deal makes sense to economists. It will encourage other foreign companies to invest in the U.S., creating wealth and new job opportunities, and further shoring up the U.S. economy, particularly amid inflation worries. More importantly, this deal makes sense to the owners of U.S. Steel.
And yet, in our age of government shoving its fingers into everything, President Joe Biden announced that he opposes this purchase for muddled, misguided reasons. Former President Donald Trump agrees, showing once again that when it comes to trade there is little difference between the two presidents.
“For the last nine months, it has been an honor to serve as your Greenville County Clerk of Court. So many of you have been on my team from day one when I was appointed by Governor McMaster, endorsed by Paul Wickensimer who served honorably in the office for 23 years and who personally recommended me to the Governor to succeed him since I was the Deputy Clerk of Court. For your support, please know I am grateful,” said Garrett.
“I am running for election because we need to continue the good work of this important office.” Your Greenville County Clerk of Court office is the best in the state. We serve everyone who comes in our doors with respect and courtesy.
There is a drive on to invade the sanctity of your home by forcing you to share it with illegal aliens. For decades our housing rules and regulations have been thrust on us via federal grants from Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of Transportation, (DOT, and other departments – all set up to reinvent government. At the same time the global elite (those who are in control of our nation and others are using non-governmental organizations (NGO) – all under the aegis of the United Nations (UN) — the American Planning Association (APA), Urban Lands Institute (ULI), and so many too numerous to list on a single page. All to push humans as well as animals and crops off urban and even suburban land, into cities. This, all while making the cities conform to Smart Growth/stack’n’pack housing, and now, 15-minute, Smart Cities. The useless eaters – anyone over 65 or handicapped – are to be relegated to “nursing homes, tucked away in tiny rooms and fed any and all drugs of choice so they might sojourn off this mortal coil prematurely.
Abiogenesis is not a specific theory of the origin of life but rather by definition abiogenesis is the idea of the naturalistic origin of life. That is, it is the general concept of a naturalistic origin of life. It is a 100% philosophical concept based on complete atheistic naturalistic materialism.
It is ultimately a necessity of insisting on a totally naturalistic origin to life, the universe, and everything. Abiogenesis is not necessitated by science, or even implied by science. It simply results from an insistence on a naturalistic origin.
