Making the Census Great Again
- By John & Andy Schlafly
“Is this person a citizen of the United States?” This 2020 census question, or something similar, was asked on the decennial census from 1820 through 1950, and afterward on the long-form census through 2000.
Even now, and ever since 2005, a citizenship question has been included in the annual American Community Survey (ACS) by the federal government. Not even President Obama stopped that.
So why all the fuss about this citizenship question now? Apparently opposition to President Trump means opposition to virtually everything he does, and resorting to judicial activism to stymie Trump in every way possible.

Trump had invited several moderate House Democrats to the White House in an effort to undermine Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), who has refused to grant Trump his demand for $5.7 billion in wall funding. But the group turned down the invitation.

- By Christian Newswire

Procter & Gamble's Toxic Sanctimony
- By Michelle Malkin
One of the world's most successful brands committed ideological hara-kiri this week. Recognized around the world as a symbol of manly civility for more than a century, Gillette will now be remembered as the company that did itself in by sacrificing a massive consumer base at the altar of progressivism.
To which I say: R.I.P.-C. (Rest In Political Correctness).

Court Knocks HHS Un-conscience
- By Tony Perkins
Barack Obama said goodbye to the White House two years ago -- but thanks to an army of activist judges, he never really left. In windowless courtrooms across America, Obama's policies live on, despite the fact that so many of them were unconstitutional to begin with! Meet the judicial #Resistance -- a bigger threat to Donald Trump's presidency, David French fears, than Democrats themselves.

Can the FBI Investigate the President?
- By Judge Andrew Napolitano
Last weekend, The New York Times reported that senior FBI officials were so concerned about whatever President Donald Trump's true motivation for firing FBI Director James Comey was that they immediately initiated a counterintelligence investigation of the president himself.
The Times reported that these officials believed that Trump may have intentionally or unwittingly played into the Kremlin's hands by firing Comey so as to impair the FBI investigation into what efforts, if any, Russian intelligence personnel undertook in attempting to influence the 2016 presidential election and what role, if any, the Trump campaign played in facilitating those efforts.

New Years Wish: No More Morally Superior Phonies
- By Marilyn M. Singleton
My new year’s resolution is to expose the hypocrisy of the morally superior politicians whose election strategy was to pretend they cared about crafting policies in the country’s best interest.
Take “the wall” on our southern border. Ignoring the opinion of the border patrol agents (51 percent of whom are Hispanic) that it would “without a doubt” be a helpful tool, Nancy Pelosi and her people claimed it would be ineffective in stopping everybody. That’s like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) stopping its flu vaccination campaign because the vaccine is only 40-60 percent effective.
Stand Fast, Mr. President
- By Erick Erickson - The Resurgent
Democrats across America are currently declaring racist the very policies they supported under Barack Obama. It was not racist or immoral when he decided to add border barriers. It was not racist or immoral when George W. Bush did. It was not racist or immoral when Bill Clinton did. But Democrats are so invested in believing the worst about President Trump that they are willing to reject the very policies they supported only a few years ago.

A Question for Americans
- By Ray Simmons
Having been born and raised south of the Mason-Dixon-Line I have always had a natural resentment of President Lincoln. Not necessarily because he freed the slaves, but because he was responsible for the death of a culture that had flourished down south. A lot of my growing up took place in the last Capitol of the Confederacy and there was a general dislike of all those “Damm Yankees.”

Platform Shoos away Younger Voters on Abortion
- By Tony Perkins
The Democrats' national platform doesn't just lack common decency when it comes to unborn life -- it lacks common ground! For the last three years, the party of Obama and Clinton has been fighting to do away with consensus limits on abortion -- and based on the latest polling, that isn't exactly endearing them to voters.
