SC Senate in Effect Refuses to Shut Down Any "Abortion" Centers in South Carolina, by a vote of 17 Y to 26 N (3 Not Voting)
- By Christians for Personhood
Note: Neither the SC House nor the SC Senate versions of H5399 establishes legal recognition of Personhood for preborn children at fertilization, and therefore neither version provides for equal protection of the laws, and therefore neither version establishes Justice. The just course of action for the SC House and SC Senate to take is to pass the Personhood Act of SC (H5401 / S1335), not H5399.
On Tuesday, October 18 the SC Senate had the opportunity to either accept the SC House version of H5399 or to Insist on the Senate's version.

Prop. 1 is the far-reaching, vague, ballot measure that would amend the California Constitution granting all individuals a right to "reproductive freedom in their most intimate decisions." No court or legislature, or even the proposed amendment itself, have defined what "reproductive freedom in their most intimate decisions" includes or excludes.

Puberty Blockers 'Stop' Fertility, Admits Hospital Gender Clinic Director
- By Joshua Arnold - The Washington Stand
Infertility caused by puberty blockers is “a big deal” and “something you must have a conversation about,” said Dr. Jeremi Carswell, director of the Gender Multispeciality Service at Boston Children’s Hospital, in a video obtained by Breitbart. Her comments seemingly conflict with the hospital’s website, which claims puberty blockers are “temporary medicines that are completely reversible, [and] they do not cause any permanent changes.”
In explaining a slide on “Implications of Blockers,” Carswell said, “Fertility — another huge topic, right? Because if you are giving something that shuts down your estrogen or shuts down testosterone entirely, you’re going to stop — either, if you had already been producing sperm or eggs, then you’re going to stop doing that, and if you never started, then you’re not going to advance the gonads to be able to do that.”

Parental Rights Amendment Introduced in Congress
- By Parental Rights Foundation
WASHINGTON -- Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-AZ) today introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives an amendment to the United States Constitution. The Amendment would enshrine the traditional liberty of parents to direct a child's upbringing, education, and care as a fundamental right.
Lesko, who heads the Protect Kids Caucus in the House, believes protecting this traditional role of parents is key to keeping children healthy and safe. "Parental rights are under attack across our nation," Lesko says. "I am pleased to have the support of ParentalRights.org in introducing this crucial amendment to the US Constitution to enshrine parents' fundamental right to have a say in their children's education, and I will continue to advocate for protecting children and empowering parents in Congress."
