Cultural Marxism is systematically stamping out vestiges of Western Civilization and the Free Enterprise System that has made the United States of America the envy of the world and provided the highest standard of living known to mankind for more than two centuries. The pace of destruction has accelerated in recent months and citizens are becoming fearful of losing their God-given freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States.
Many Americans view the economic chaos occurring in the United States in the past year since the inauguration of President Obama to result from inexperience or incompetence. Leftists and some African-American leaders view the mounting economic problems as resulting from lack of cooperation by Republicans and criticism by Conservatives. Tragically, those described above are victims of Cultural Marxism and fail to recognize that they have been duped. They are duped by those who know what they are doing and are following a carefully implemented plan.
Cultural Marxists in the United States have followed the advice of Lenin, who advised: “The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves!” For half a century Cultural Marxists that created havoc in the 1960s have infiltrated and degraded the most cherished institutions in the United States and conditioned their unwitting followers to trust them to lead the nation.
The cultural values that made America great include freedom of speech, rule of law, respect for a shared heritage, the common English language, private property ownership and the right to bear arms.
Cultural Marxists advocate politically correct speech rather than free speech. They advocate multiculturalism rather than a shared culture and language. They advocate mass immigration, unequal rights for certain categories of citizens, and globalism rather than national sovereignty.
Cultural Marxists have stated that the destruction of Western Civilization, sovereign Western Nations and Christianity are among their goals, because Western Civilization and Christianity are obstructions to the transfer of property, wealth, and power from rightful owners to individuals and groups favored by the Marxists.
“Political Correctness,” the ideology that has taken over America, “is deadly serious. It seeks to alter virtually all the rules, formal and informal, that govern relations among people and institutions. It wants to change behavior, thought, even the words we use. To a significant extent, it already has. Whoever or whatever controls language also controls thought,” writes William S. Lind, former director of the Center for Cultural Conservatism of the Free Congress Foundation.
“Political Correctness is in fact Cultural Marxism – Marxism translated from economic into cultural terms,” according to Lind who notes that: “The effort to translate Marxism from economics into culture did not begin with the student rebellion of the 1950s. It goes back at least to the 1920s and the writings of the Italian Communist Antonio Gramsci. In 1923, in Germany, a group of Marxists founded an institute devoted to making the transition. The Institute of Social Research (later known as the Frankfurt School) – gained profound influence in American universities after many of its leading lights fled to the United States in the 1930s to escape National Socialism in Germany.
“The Frankfurt School blended Marx with Freud – and – greatly influenced education theory, and through institutions of higher education gave birth to what we now call ‘Political Correctness.’ The lineage is clear, and it is traceable right back to Karl Marx,” Lind concludes.
Life in the United States today is nothing like it was prior to the implementation of Multiculturalism and Political Correctness in our institutions of learning and national government. It was Cultural Marxism that created the environment that allowed the massacre of military personnel at Ft. Hood. Unless Cultural Marxism is recognized and reversed it will destroy our constitutional republic, take our freedom, and make us all willing victims.
