Laura Woodworth Inspires Writers to Counter Cancel Culture with Bold Faith at NRB 2022
- By Cooke Media Group
With cancel culture and other counter-Christian agendas presiding over our nation, Laura Woodworth's session "Effective Writing: Share Your Faith with the World" at NRB 2022 will inspire writers to counteract the darkness with light.
LOS ANGELES -- In an age when Christianity has become a counterculture, Laura Woodworth inspires Christian writers to boldly share their faith. A speaker at NRB 2022 in Nashville, her workshop "Effective Writing: Share Your Faith with the World" (Thursday, March 10) will equip Christian writers to counteract the dark and disturbing agendas of secular media with intentional writing that brings truth, hope and light into the world.
"Cancel culture has made a strong attempt to cancel the voice of Christianity in our society," shares Woodworth. "But in a digital age, your words of light and truth can literally touch the world."

Behind the Rings, a Bloody Harvest
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
Inside the high-tech cocoon of the Olympic Games, it's literally a different world. Robots whip up fresh pots of coffee and cocktails, while bowls of noodles magically appear from the ceiling. There are nail and hair salons, flower shops, menus with 678 food options, even "zero-G" beds. It's the closed loop the Chinese government wanted -- the "bubble" that would keep the questions at bay. Athletes go about their days, writing sports greatest stories -- while outside, a dirty secret lurks. There's a second genocide ripping through the provinces, a bloody trail almost too ghoulish to believe.
Like most people brought to the camps, Gulbahar Jeliova was beaten within an inch of her life. And unlike everyone brought to the camps, she was treated in the hospital afterward. While she was there, Gulbahar noticed two young girls, both dressed in orange uniforms. It was a sign, another prisoner told her, that they were being taken "to sleep." That's odd, Gulbahar thought. Why can't they sleep in their rooms? Because these girls, the other patient explained, were being put to sleep "forever."

Google Project Could Get Part of $150M in State Surplus Money
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
The S.C. Department of Commerce hasn’t committed to any projects with most of the $150 million in state surplus funds that the agency wants to spend next fiscal year for a new “infrastructure” program, the department’s director told budget writers recently.
Yet Commerce secretary Harry Lightsey, whom Gov. Henry McMaster appointed last June, disclosed to a state House Ways and Means panel that approximately $80 million of the proposed $150 million could be used in part for a Myrtle Beach project tied to internet search giant Google, and another project involving an automotive test track at a publicly owned business park near Greenville.
He also discussed two other projects totaling about $70 million that would benefit corporate giants Boeing and Volvo, the details of which were revealed by The Nerve before the Feb. 1 Ways and Means Economic Development Subcommittee hearing.

Bible Trial Targets the Core of Christian Faith: Love the Sinner, Hate the Sin
- By Christian Newswire
HELSINKI, Finland -- The following statement is released by Päivi Räsänen (photo), Member of the Parliament of Finland:
The prosecutor has a year ago in her written application for summons made a number of false and untrue allegations about my views. According to the prosecutor, my view is that "homosexuals are not created by God as heterosexuals are." Nowhere have I said such a thing. I have repeatedly emphasized that all human beings are created in the image of God and have equal dignity and human rights. In the passage to which the prosecutor refers, reference was made to the biblical account of creation. Referring to it, I stated: "In the beginning, God created a man and a woman and intended marriage to be between the two. I regard homosexuals as fully equal humans and, in addition, equally worthy human beings created in the image of God."

State and Federal Efforts Highlight ERA Expiration
- By Eagle Forum
Proponents of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) may be trying to resurrect the dead legislation, but others are fighting back. After the Virginia legislature voted to ratify the ERA in 2020, feminists claimed they have the number of states needed to place the amendment into the Constitution. However, the deadline passed decades ago. Although House Democrats continue to hold hearings and pass resolutions to erase the 1979 deadline, lawmakers and officials, even in the Biden administration, confirm that the ERA has expired.
Virginia is not the most recent state making the news regarding the amendment. Last week, the West Virginia Senate voted to rescind their ratification of the ERA. Lawmakers cited concerns of abortion rights and upholding the integrity of the amendment process. If the legislation passes the House and is signed by the governor, West Virginia will be the sixth state to take this action.

Has Biden's Perfect Supreme Court Pick Already Been Aborted?
- By American Life League
WASHINGTON -- President Joe Biden has declared that his nomination to replace retiring United States Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will be a Black woman. According to American Life League Executive Vice President Hugh Brown, Biden's best candidate was likely aborted 40-some years ago.
"More than 862,320 babies are aborted every year in the United States, and 38% percent of them are the children of Black women," explained Brown. "By the sheer mathematics, one quarter of the Black infants aborted after Roe v. Wade in the mid to late 1970s would have grown up to be today's women in their forties."
"In a society that is growing ever more sensitive to racial inequality, it is unbelievable that the spotlight is not shining brightly on the disproportionate numbers of abortions committed on Black women," added Brown. "A disparate 86 percent of Planned Parenthood's abortion facilities are located within walking distance of low income and minority communities. When you look at the facts, Planned Parenthood is clearly remaining true to the original eugenic intentions of its founder Margaret Sanger and her racist objectives of preventing Black births."

Look over Here! Another bright shiny object to distract those silly Americans
- By Kat Stansell - American Policy Center
With news of the Chinese Olympics all over the media, Xi and Putin met in a summit on Feb. 4, 2022. This meeting produced an “unprecedented 5400 word joint statement” which has “consolidated their alliance against the United States.” We , it seems, have entered a new Cold War, while we were waiting for the sporting events to start.
What else could we expect? The strength of the United States has been gravely eroded by pathetic actions of the feckless coup in Washington, DC. America is no longer a threat, but has become a weak sister on the international stage, a veritable laughingstock, who has the respect of few around the world. This puts us and our freedoms in direct danger of destruction, from the outside as well as the inside. The Russia/China alliance has been being built over the last decade, but was severely interrupted by the strong leadership of Donald Trump from 2017 – 2020. As soon as the CCP got Joe Biden installed behind the barbed wire in DC, they knew they would be free to dominate the world.
