Northwood Middle School Math Teacher
Greenville County Schools Superintendent Phinnize J. Fisher announced the selection of Wakesha Fogle, Northwood Middle School mathematics teacher, as the 2010-11 Greenville County Teacher of the Year.
Mrs. Fogle describes teaching as a “way of life.” “When I see a former student and they tell me they are going to be a math teacher, just like me, I am recharged and appreciate this awesome journey I am on.”
She says the “most rewarding part about teaching is knowing that parents are entrusting me with the best they have.”
Mrs. Fogle has 9 years teaching experience. Three of those years have been in Greenville County Schools.
