“A Nation of Men of Lee’s Character Would be Unconquerable in Spirit and Soul” President Dwight D. Eisenhower
The Officers and Members of the 16th Regiment, South Carolina Volunteers, Sons of Confederate Veterans, Camp 36 in Greenville celebrated the birthdays of Generals Lee and Jackson at the Greenville Hilton, Saturday evening.
Robert E. Lee was born January 19, 1807, in Stratford Hall, Virginia.
Thomas J. “Stonewall” Jackson was born January 21, 1824, in Clarksburg, Virginia.
Despite the mendacity of those who continue to attempt to justify the atrocities committed against the Southern people by maligning Southern leaders, General Lee and “Stonewall” Jackson continue to be used by the top military schools throughout the world as the best examples of leadership and character in military history. Both were distinguished graduates of the U. S. Military Academy and officers in the United States Army. They were faced with a momentous decision when their sovereign state left the Union. They resigned their commissions to defend their homeland.

State Law Designed to Protect Children from Meth Lab Chemicals Applied to Unborn
The Alabama Supreme Court has ruled that a state law intended to prevent exposing children to dangerous chemicals also protects the unborn child. The Alabama State law was originally intended to prevent parents from operating meth labs around children, or allowing children to be in meth labs. The law makes no reference to the unborn.
The decision in Ankrom V. State upheld the conviction of two women who were prosecuted for using drugs during their pregnancies.
The court ruling stated that, “the plain meaning of the word ‘child’ in the chemical endangerment statute includes unborn children.”

Hobby Lobby may have a reason to celebrate Religious Freedom Day after all. The mega-craft retailer announced last week that the owners have found a way for the company to bypass the $14.3 million in fines it would have already racked up. The penalty for not providing abortion drugs to employees under the President's health care mandate was supposed to go into effect January 1, but, thanks to a loophole, The Becket Fund believes that Hobby Lobby may be able to postpone the pain. "Hobby Lobby discovered a way to shift the plan year for its employee health insurance, thus postponing the effective date of the mandate for several months," the Fund explained.

DENVER, Jan. 11, 2013 -- Christian Newswire -- A federal district judge in Colorado ordered the Southern Poverty Law Center ("SPLC") to remove a document revealing the home address of the President of Public Advocate of the United States, a leading nonprofit advocacy organization supporting traditional marriage, to prevent potential "politically motivated harassment or even violence."
Public Advocate was sued in Colorado by SPLC attorneys representing two homosexuals in a dispute arising out of Public Advocate's opposition to state legislators supporting homosexual marriage in that state. In that litigation, the SPLC attorneys recklessly posted the home address of Public Advocate's President, Eugene Delgaudio, in a pleading that was available to the public as part of the record of the case.

Some Things you do by Executive Order, You Need Money for it to be implemented – and that’s up to Congress
The spin is on. After 150 years of mendacity, Hollywood has admitted that Lincoln was a dictator and Bill Clinton on Sunday night told a television audience on the Golden Globe show that future presidents should be more like Lincoln in his role as dictator. Clinton and the Hollywood left has set the stage for the coming gun, ammo, magazine grab many said could never happen in this country.
NRA President David Keene told CNN recently that the meeting with Vice President Biden was little more than an “attack on the Second Amendment.”
