Abortion Lobby Launches $140 Million ‘Offensive’ Campaign: Expert
- Details
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand

The abortion industry has committed more than $100 million to put an abortion-expansion agenda at the center of the 2024 elections, a strategy an expert commentator called “offensive” and “scandalous.” Yet pro-life groups have set aside tens of millions of dollars to mount an underdog, David-and-Goliath campaign to protect life from Joe Biden and the Democrats this November.
Powerful Democrat-aligned lobbying groups, amply funded by abortionists, announced two separate initiatives to bend national laws to their financial benefit this week. Planned Parenthood plans to spend $40 million on phone banks, door-to-door canvassing, online and television advertising, and direct mail aimed at turning out voters in Arizona, Georgia, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

They will call for the pardon and release of the nine anti-abortion political prisoners and the repeal of the FACE Act. Nine youths, representing the nine individuals who were politically targeted by the Biden DOJ, will sit down outside of the entrance of the building.
Mystery $1.8B task force advised by firm with Trump ties
- Details
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve

The task force created by Gov. Henry McMaster to investigate an unclaimed $1.8 billion is getting advice from an international law firm that specializes in defending clients facing possible or actual federal investigations, records show.
The Atlanta-based King & Spalding firm also has ties to former President Donald Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign, according to media reports and court records.
At the June 4 meeting of the “working group,” which McMaster created on April 11, King & Spalding attorneys “provided legal advice” to the group, which included representatives from the governor’s and attorney general’s offices; S.C. Treasurer Curtis Loftis, state Comptroller General Brian Gaines, state Auditor George Kennedy and S.C. Department of Administration Executive Director Marcia Adams, as well as staff members from those agencies, according to written meeting notes.
The WHO Power Grab Has Been Slowed, Not Stopped
- Details

Who Won at the WHO?

The 77th World Health Assembly wrapped up its self-proclaimed “historic” meeting in Geneva on June 1, 2024. Despite their lofty goals of passing two complimentary pandemic “agreements”, the WHO failed to pass the Pandemic Treaty, instead kicking the can down the road, and was only able to strong-arm consensus for a modified version of the International Health Regulation amendments. Those of us who have spent years sounding the alarm against the WHO’s global governance scheme may want to take a short victory lap for at least delaying the Treaty and getting several of the worst elements of the IHR removed. But while their most nefarious plans have been slowed, they have not been stopped. We must take a hard look at who won (and how) and the next steps for sovereignty-loving people everywhere.
South Carolina Ranks 45th Most Independent of 50 States

Most & Least Independent States (2024)
Americans value independence. We fought hard for it during the Revolutionary War, and in the present day, we celebrate not only our freedom from the British crown but also our strong ability to rely upon ourselves as individuals. Now, with inflation affecting people across the country, many Americans are struggling to maintain financial independence. Some have become at least temporarily more dependent on support from the federal government. Other people have become more dependent on personal vices, such as drinking and drugs, due to stress and depression.
In order to find out where Americans are the most self-reliant, WalletHub compared the 50 states based on five sources of dependency: consumer finances, the government, the job market, international trade and personal vices. We broke down these categories into 39 key indicators of independence, from the share of households receiving public assistance to the unemployment rate to the share of adults with gambling disorders.
Iran Enhances Underground Nuclear ‘Bunker’, Heightening Fears of Accelerated Weapons Development
- Details
- By Emmitt Barry, Worthy News Correspondent

Confidential documents and analysis by weapons experts indicate that a significant expansion at Iran’s most fortified nuclear facility could soon triple its production of enriched uranium, the Washington Post reported.
Just days after Tehran formally notified the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of plans for a major upgrade, IAEA inspectors verified new construction activity at the Fordow enrichment plant, an underground facility constructed like a bunker inside a mountain in north-central Iran. This upgrade at Fordow raises particular concerns for the US and Israel due to its nearly impregnable subterranean location, making it almost invulnerable to airstrikes.
