Students in Sarah Ashworth’s Washington Center Daily Living class are assisting the school’s PTA in preparation for their 13th Annual Run, Walk, and Roll event on Saturday, April 27, 2019. Over the next few months, students will be assembling event information, making event decorations, and assisting in the set up for the school’s yearly school fundraiser. This year’s event will take place on the newly constructed Nature Trail, which was designed to allow access to an outdoor experience for individuals with disabilities. Registration for events that include a 5K, relay and fun walk and/or sponsorship will be available on the Washington Center website and Facebook page in early 2019- follow the Quick Link Run, Walk and Roll.
