WARNING: THE PROPOSED "HEALTH CZAR" LEGISLATION PENDING IN COLUMBIA WILL BE DANGEROUS NOT ONLY TO YOUR HEALTH, POTENTIALLY, BUT WILL BE VERY DANGEROUS TO YOUR CONTINUED FREEDOM TO CHOOSE YOUR OWN MEDICAL CARE AND ACT AS YOU THINK BEST FOR YOU!
Before reading my thoughts, please read the late and great patriot, Walter William's warning, below. It surely forces us to focus on the PENDING "reconciliation" of S 915 and H4927, which would establish a TRUE MEDICAL TYRANNY HERE IN S.C., and which would create a new 'EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF HEALTH AND POLICY", which would be consolidated as the SOLE POWER over several presently existing agencies, that now are under the control of the S.C. Governor.
READ CAREFULLY: The pending reconciliation of the already PASSED S915 and H4927 would take the following agencies AWAY from the oversight and control of the S.C Governor's office and place SOLE POWER into the hands of a new "SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND POLICY":
- Department of Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse Services;
- Department of Disabilities and Special Needs:
- Department of Public Health;
- Department of Health & Human Services;
- Department of Mental Health;
- Department On Aging.
Let me repeat: This proposed legislation, IF IT IS RECONCILED into ONE bill by House and Senate committees in Columbia, will PURGE the above six agencies which are now under Governor McMaster's oversight, and place their functions (plus many more powers, I fear) into the hands of this proposed new "Health Czar".
WE'RE BEING WARNED ABOUT THIS BY REAL PATRIOTS ON FM RADIO "WORD" (98.9)--TARA SERVATIUS, BILL FRADY, CHARLIE JAMES!
BOTH of these VERY DANGEROUS pieces of legislation (S915 & H4927) have ALREADY BEEN PASSED in their respective legislative chambers by compromising RINOS and despicable DUMBOCRATS But there are significant differences between the two bills, so they must be "reconciled" by Senate and/or House committees into ONE BILL, which would then be sent to Gov. McMaster to sign. (And knowing his past history of "waffling" and "compromise", unless South Carolinians put massive pressure on him, he'll probably approve it). Brave and dedicated patriot legislators from the S.C. FREEDOM CAUCUS have tried several times to "amend" this legislation to strip it of some of its more ONEROUS provisions----but to NO avail. The S..C. FREEDOM CAUCUS's amendments have been voted DOWN by the usual anti-constitutional, pro-big government disgusting DEMONCRATS in Columbia, aided and abetted by their cowardly and compromising RINO allies.
Now keep this in mind: the three patriots from Station WORD (Tara, Bill, and Charlie) have been encouraging their listeners to email AND CALL their House and Senate legislators, AND Gov. McMaster's office, urging them to demand that their legislators vote AGAINST the reconciled bill if and when it is reported to the floor of their chambers (and you can bet that it will come up soon). What Tara, Bill, and Charlie have been reporting is that when listeners call their legislator's offices, they are being told that "it is already too late--that this legislation has already been passed"!!! THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!! EITHER OUR LEGISLATORS (OR THEIR OFFICE STAFFS) ARE DELIBERATELY LYING TO US, (unthinkable, of course) OR MORE LIKELY THEY ARE JUST READING FROM THE "APPROVED SCRIPT"--the official "talking points" provided to them by the real powers that are trying to get this sinister and dangerous to freedom legislation passed here in S..C---i.e. BIG PHARMA LOBBYISTS, and the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION LOBBYISTS (W.H.O.). There may also be other entities pushing this anti-freedom legislation.
THE FINAL RECONCILED LEGISLATION HAS NOT YET BEEN COMPLETED OR SIGNED INTO LAW
But this you must keep in mind: THIS "HEALTH CZAR" LEGISLATION HAS NOT BEEN RECONCILED INTO ONE BILL, YET, NOR IS IT STATE LAW, YET. Until Gov. McMaster signs (if he does) a "reconciled bill", this legislation is NOT yet state law. Which means that South Carolinians who OPPOSE EVEN MORE ATTACKS ON OUR FREEDOM (WHICH THIS BILL SURELY IS), have a little more time in which to OPPOSE PASSAGE OF THIS MARXIST, DANGEROUS TO OUR HEALTH FREEDOM, LEGISLATION! Therefore it is IMPERATIVE that you contact your S.C. State legislators and demand that they defeat this horrible pending legislation!
Also keep in mind that if our Governor signs this monstrosity into law, HE gets to select the new "S.C. Health Czar". I'm uncertain what the proposed "salary" of this "Czar" would be, but I've heard the figure of $300,000 annually mentioned. In the event of a future (virtually assured) PLANDEMIC of some sort, this Health Czar would have the authority to ORDER ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THE STATE, AND/OR THE NATIONAL GUARD, TO CARRY OUT HIS/HER ORDERS. This would force ALL SHERIFFS, ALL STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND THE GUARD TO CARRY OUT THE ORDERS (PROBABLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO BOOT) FROM THIS "HEALTH DICTATOR". We all surely remember what happened starting in 2020 and 2021 regarding UNCONSTITUTIONAL orders from our Governor, from Mayors, and from every Tom, Dick, and Harry who thought that he/she had some "authority" over the people's health and economic decisions. As Tara Servatius has asked more than once during her WORD morning show, "how many South Carolina sheriffs will be arrested and marched out of their offices in handcuffs for refusing to comply" with this Marxist (imo) legislation? (If you're not listening to these three dedicated patriots--TARA SERVATIUS , BILL FRADY, and CHARLIE JAMES, at least some every day, YOU are missing much truth that you will not hear anywhere else)!

This proposed legislation has done away with the words "MAY" do such and such, and now uses the words "SHALL:--as in South Carolinians SHALL, or MUST, comply with the orders and edicts of this new so-called Health Czar. This legislation proposes, as I understand it, to FORCE COMPLIANCE upon all of us in a future "health emergency" as might (probably will) be declared by the Marxists running the World Health Organization, or by our own S.C. "HEALTH CZAR" who will do the bidding of those despicable collectivists from the U.N and the W.H.O.----FORCED BY POWER AND THREAT OF LAW OR MILITARY GOONS OR SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES COMING TO YOUR DOOR AND FORCING YOU TO COMPLY WITH THE CZAR'S "MANDATES", or ARRESTING you for failing to obey the "health Czar's" orders. Comply as in "LOCK DOWNS", comply as in "FORCED VACCINATIONS", comply as in "COMPULSORY MASK WEARING--perhaps even in your own home, comply as in "COMPULSORY TESTS FOR INFECTIONS, comply as in "COMPULSORY CLOSING OF ONE'S BUSINESS OR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT (unless it is run by DUMBOCRATS), comply as in "FORBIDDING YOU TO LEAVE YOUR OWN HOME EXCEPT UNDER SEVERELY RESTRICTED CONDITIONS AND HOURS, comply as in "ANYTHING THAT THIS HEALTH CZAR demands that the people of S.C. ACCEPT AS HIS WILL FOR US. And all of this will be "FOR OUR OWN GOOD", of course!

All of us should ask ourselves (and others): WHY are our S.C. LEGISLATORS attempting to fasten these chains of slavery onto all of us as soon as a "new" plandemic of some kind can be manufactured in our midst? Hmmmmm????? Could it be that it's because BIG PHARMA lobbyists have ALL of the DUMBOCRATS and most of the RINOS in Columbia under their control via "campaign donations" and other "perks" supplied by Big Pharma? It should be amply clear, by now, that "Big Pharma" cares ONLY for its filthy profits (like those generated in the past 3 years due to the phony "Covid" scare), wherein the American people were paralyzed by manufactured FEAR of a virus that was no more serious that a bad case of influenza. Or perhaps by the FEAR of offending the vast power of State and Federal (and even local) government by not abiding by their orders, or maybe by the FEAR of losing one's job and income by refusing to submit to an experimental and demonstrably highly DANGEROUS non-vaccine mRNA"vaccine", or by FEAR of being ostracized by one's so-called "friends" and/or family members for not allowing oneself to be EXPERIMENTED UPON by taking multiple "jabs" of what to millions of people amounted to a slow (or for some a very quick) death? FEAR is a powerful motivator, and THAT was what Big Pharma counted on at the beginning of the phony Covid-19 "crisis", and will be what Big Pharma counts on in the near future when another "killer virus" is loosed upon the world.
I and all of my family REFUSED to submit to the unconstitutional "mandates" that oozed from our governmental "superiors" during the recent Covid-19 planned crisis. We all ignored them to the best of our abilities. None of us took ANY jabs (except for one of us). We'll continue to do the SAME when their "new monster virus" comes calling in the near future! We urge YOU to do LIKEWISE!
