Civil Liberties in Jeopardy
- Details
- By Bob Dill, Publisher
Dear Readers, Our civil liberties are in danger. Lawmakers, Judges and the President are routinely violating their oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. There is no justice emanating from the Justice Department. We have moved from the “rule of law” to the “rule of man.” This is intentional. It is part of a plan to “fundamentally change” the constitutional republic to a socialistic dictatorship. We have already begun the journey down this road. The farther we go the harder it will be to turn back. In fact we may have already passed the point of no return.
We ignore these facts at our own peril. On this Independence Day it would be wise for us to pause for a moment and think about the price our ancestors paid for the freedom we are in danger of losing due to our collective ignorance, procrastination and inaction.
Education is the Answer

Education is the answer. We are not advocating more funds for government schools. We are discussing the need to overcome willful ignorance among South Carolina voters that have given us exceptionally bad government and a legal system that reeks with favoritism.
People are asking how Lindsey Graham won the Republican Primary? Could we find ourselves choosing between two Liberal Democrats for Superintendent of Education?
Older South Carolinians trust politicians who do not deserve trust. Younger adults don’t read and because they don’t know history or understand government and human nature, they tend to base their decisions on popular opinion or emotions.
Betrayed Again!

For the second time since World War II, the political leaders of the United States have undermined and betrayed the members of the armed forces of the United States. It required decades of inspiring leadership to overcome the first betrayal. This betrayal will not be so easily overcome nor will it likely be the last.
Our government abandoned Iraq, creating a vacuum and knowing the terrorists would fill it as soon as our combat troops were gone. The President has already announced that he is pulling our combat troops out of Afghanistan, setting up the same scenario for that troubled country.
None Dare Call It Tyranny
- Details
- By Bob Dill, Publisher
As the Obama Administration chooses what laws they will enforce or comply with, the United States is moving closer and closer to despotism and tyranny. The alleged abuses by the Administration mirror some of those enumerated against the King of England in the Declaration of Independence. As a remedy for such abuses, the writers of the Declaration conclude: But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evidences a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is the right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
As American citizens become more and more oppressed and aware of government abuses, they will attempt to make changes at the polls. Should they become convinced that there is widespread fraud in conduct of elections, such as allowing millions of illegal aliens to vote, and refusing to prosecute election fraud and other abuses, some may attempt to achieve redress through public protest and civil disobedience. This raises the question many are asking: Will members of the Armed Forces of the United States use violence against their fellow citizens if ordered to do so?
