Chapter 6 - Weapons, Allies, and Terrible New Enemies
“Have you noticed,” Ivar asked Ketel, “the three falcons that seem to follow us? Are they an omen for good or evil?” “They are better than omens,” said Ketel, “they are friends. They see where Skrogger and Raevi are, and perhaps they have seen Marja and which way her captors are taking her. They also have many friends who inform them.”
At this point, one of the falcons circled low around them and then landed near Ketel. At a signal from Ketel he flew up and perched on Ketel’s outstretched left arm. After some friendly noises from this magnificent great bird, Ketel said, “This is Skyrover, an old and dear friend. With him are his sons, Skywatch and Swiftwing. They now know the way Gort takes and the lay of those parts near the Great Fjord. They and the foxes will guide us there, but we must form a plan of attack and rescue.”

Warning: The “Obammacoccus Stupidicus” Virus Is Still Alive And Dangerous, And May Be Fatal To Your Freedom!
- By W.H. Lamb
We all know that the “zombies” have been among us for quite some time! Stupid “zombie” shows on TV and “zombie” video games have long entertained the mentally challenged mouth breathers among the population, keeping them occupied and relatively harmless while the normal adult population tries to go about their daily routines, struggling in increasing frustration to keep their lives on a “straight line” despite the economic and cultural ravages being perpetrated against them by the Marxist enemies of freedom and constitutional government in Washington, District of Criminals & Communists, and to keep their struggling finances above water, and especially to keep their status as free citizens still intact. Now add to this fantasy zombie fixation the real and serious plague facing all freedom loving Americans: POLITICAL ZOMBIES (aka liberals/progressives/socialists, Dumbocrats, leftists (Nazis and fascists), and moonbats), and we have a potential disaster of significant proportions facing all of us.

Planetary Magnetic Fields and Biblical Creation Part 2
- By Charles Creager, Jr.
One of the key requirements of the scientific theory is how well it predicts future observations this is one area where Dr. Russell Humphreys’ Dynamic Decay Theory is highly successful. Dr. Humphreys first published this theory before Voyager 2 flew by Uranus and Neptune. He saw an opportunity to make a prediction about the magnetic field of both planets, and he subsequently published the results in the Creation Research Society Quarterly.
The very fact that this theory produced experimentally testable predictions puts the lie to the claim that creationists do not do real science because it demonstrates a prime example of a creationist theory making testable predictions. It is not alone in doing so, but it is an excellent example because of how successful that it has been. It also provides terrific evidence of the explanatory power that creationist theories can have.

Chapter 5 - Ivar’s Saga—Search and Rescue
Ketel Flatnose, taking with him the boy, Ivar, and the little horse, Flicka, set out to rescue Marja. They were several days behind Gort and his motley crew. Their trail was at first easy to follow, for in their fear and panic they had dropped many things and left many signs in the forest and along the shore of the Romsdalfjord. Also, the little foxes, Skrogger and Raevi, were ahead of the little rescue team and following Gort as closely as possible.

Author Taylor Caldwell—Another Look At “Why The Middle Class Must Not Fail”
- By W.H. Lamb
Last month The Times Examiner published my article entitled: Dear And Glorious Taylor, an in-depth look at one of my favorite authors, the late, great patriot, Taylor Caldwell. In that article I referred to an article that Caldwell wrote back in 1974, titled: “The Middle Class Must Not Fail”. Originally published by The Review of the News on May 29, 1974, it was republished in The New American Magazine on May 1, 1995. The Review of the News was one of the magazines published by The John Birch Society for many years, but was eventually replaced by The New American magazine, also published by The John Birch Society, to which Taylor Caldwell had been a faithful member for many years. It is that insightful and prophetic article, originally published so long ago, that I’d like to share with you now, because it surely applies to today’s events.

Christian Revelation and the Advent of True Philosophy
- By Winston McCuen
Theology is the application of reason to theological data, the data of revelation. Philosophy is inquiry into the nature of ultimate reality, the application of reason to the data of reality to determine the most fundamental or ultimate causes and ends. And reality, in its entirety, consists of the Uncreated Creator God and His creation. (Philosophy's inquiry into ultimate causes and ends covers the full range of its sub-disciplines, which include metaphysics (being), epistemology (knowledge), logic (reasoning), aesthetics (art and beauty), rhetoric (persuasion), and morals and politics (the Good).)

Belligerent Spending, A Congressional Addiction
- By Veronique de Rugy
After 15 failed attempts, California Rep. Kevin McCarthy finally secured the House speakership. Many worry that the concessions McCarthy made to secure his victory -- especially commitments to restrain government spending -- make the upcoming prospect of raising the debt ceiling perilous. Indeed, some fear that Republicans will refuse to raise the limit if it isn't paired with restraints on spending.
These worries fail to consider the potential financial danger the U.S. will eventually face if government debt continues to balloon unrestrained.
