Spartanburg, SC – A campaign kickoff event will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2014, for Gaye Holt, who has announced she is running for the SC House District 34 seat. Gaye was forced to run as a petition candidate for this seat in 2012 because of the statewide ballot debacle; even with that ballot handicap she earned 36% of the general election vote.
The campaign kickoff/fundraiser rally will be Thursday, March 13 at 6:30 PM at the Twin Lakes Clubhouse, 124 Twin Lakes Drive, Moore, SC. A southern casserole dinner will be provided to all attendees. This event is free and open to the public, campaign donations will be greatly appreciated. Gaye will be speaking about her legislative vision which includes good governance through limited government and common sense solutions to our state’s challenges.
