INDEPENDENT CONSERVATIVE VOICE OF
UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA

On 4/28/10, an article in the Prague newspaper Prager Zeitung from the Czech Republic stated America's obvious problem:  "The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.  The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America.  The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool; but, It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their president."

This fool that the lemming fools among us have put into office has 'screwed-up royally' with his 'half-baked ideology', amateurish attempts at leadership, crony capitalism, and income redistribution policies.  As a result, our economy is in shambles, his popularity has collapsed, and he is no longer seen as a messiah by some of the fools among us.  In order to get reelected, Obama is aware he needs an 'edge' and is determined to get it by pandering to the dysfunctional, low income citizens, the sexually confused, blacks, and Latinos. He's doing this with 'freebees' for free loaders, not enforcing our immigration laws, ignoring our constitution, and suing states to stop them from protecting their citizens from an illegal alien invasion and voter fraud.

According to Judicial Watch, early on Indiana was one of the 12 states with the dirtiest voter registration lists which was  corrected and which the NY Times "considered the strictest in the country." In 2008, the U.S. Supreme Court found their efforts to be constitutional; but, ruler Obama, and his enabler Holder, continue to ignore the court's decision, and are suing states to stop them from updating and insuring the integrity of their voter files because they are desperate for every vote, legal or illegal.

A study published earlier this year by the Pew Center on the states reported America's voter registration system as "inaccurate, costly, and inefficient."  Among its conclusions are that “approximately 24 million voter registrations in the U.S. are no longer valid or significantly inaccurate.  That more than 1.8 million deceased individuals are listed as voters; that approximately 2.75 million people have registrations in more than one state; and that, far too many people are registered to vote who shouldn't be.

Moreover, the  Pew Center reveals in the New York Times just how sloppy and inaccurate our electoral system is.  Whereas, most civilized countries rely on a centralized database, in the U.S., each state manages its own voter rolls, relying on individuals to keep them up-to-date, which doesn't always happen.  The PEW report, urged administrators to make greater use of data-matching technologies and to look to motor vehicle records, Social Security death records, and the Postal Service's change of address database to fix the inaccuracies.  And every American, including both Obama and Holder, should appreciate efforts by states for clear proof of identity when one registers to vote.
