nfant Messaging: Dems' Abortion Bill Shows First Priorities
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
For the men and women milling about the Senate floor, it was a surreal moment. They'd been back in session barely two hours -- the first time, many will point out, since Vladimir Putin unleashed his war against the West. But instead of joining the rest of the world in racing to stop the threat against Europe, Democrats had other priorities: the spilling of innocent blood here at home. For the president's party, the timing of their unlimited abortion bill vote will be another thing Americans won't forget this November. It was a disturbing snapshot of the Left's leadership team, who made one of the first orders of business after Russia invaded Ukraine advancing their own war on the unborn.

One For Israel Launches 31 Days of Prayer to Invite US Christians to Faithfully Pray for Israel
- By Christian Newswire
COLLEYVILLE -- Israel-based ministry One For Israel announces the release of a free 'Pray for Israel!' 31-day prayer guide to encourage U.S. Christians to accept the biblically based call to pray for Israel.
Releasing on March 1, the quick-read devotional offers 31 days of concise and focused prayer points designed to inform and stir the hearts of Christ-followers and prompt them to intercede for the unreached people of Israel. Each day's content pairs a passage from the Bible with a quick reference "Did You Know?" education and direction for the day's prayer.
"Not all Christians are called to travel to other nations as missionaries, but they are all called to pray for the unreached nations," encourages Dr. Erez Soref, President & CEO of One For Israel. "For this reason, One For Israel is asking U.S. Christians to commit to 31 days of bold intercession for Israel. Do not underestimate the impact of your prayers in encouraging, supporting and uplifting the Jews and Arabs who are sharing the Gospel with Israel, making disciples, training leaders and blessing our communities in the name of Yeshua (Jesus)."

Biden: Fenced in after a Year of Failure
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
Working at the White House hasn't exactly been a bed of roses lately, but you have to feel for the speechwriters. Trying to spin a year's worth of disasters into a triumph of modern liberalism would be hard even for the best fiction writers. And yet, heading into Tuesday's State of the Union speech, that's the task facing this president: pretending that his failures overseas, the high prices at home, and the deep unpopularity of this administration are all a fulfillment of his promise to do "great things."
After 13 months of Joe Biden, no one is confident that the man who vowed to answer "the call of history" could even find the phone. In a single year, Americans have gone from economic, energy, border, and national security to dancing on a knife's edge of inflation, crime, disunity, global upheaval, and war. The last time Joe Biden addressed a joint session of Congress, many have pointed out, he said the country was "ready for takeoff." How ironic, then, that he's stuck explaining his crash landing on everything from Kabul to omicron.

Evangelicals are somewhat less likely than Americans in general to have traveled internationally. Only 56% of evangelicals have ventured outside the US, compared to 71% of Americans overall (according to Pew Research Center).

Health Insurer: Government Is WRONG on COVID-vax Side-effects; Real Numbers Are an “Alarm Signal”
- By Selwyn Duke - The New American
Around New Year’s, an American insurance company executive sounded an alarm. We’re seeing the highest non-COVID death rates in his business’ history, he said, with numbers so bad that it’s worse than “a one-in-200-year catastrophe.” Now a German health insurer has weighed in, issuing findings that can explain this phenomenon and point to what many have alleged: Authorities have greatly under-reported coronavirus “vaccine” complications.
