Mayor Ray Mortimeyer was sworn in for his third consecutive term as Mayor of Cuba, Missouri. This year marks Mayor Mortimeyers 30th year in politics in his home town. He served as mayor for two terms back in the 1980’s and has served in many different offices throughout the years. He is a longtime subscriber to The Times Examiner.
Mayor and Barbara Mortimeyer's daughter, Pam Durham and son-in-law, Danny Durham live in Greenville. As a retired military officer, Pam serves on both the Greenville chapter level and the State Council level of the Military Officiers Association of America. Danny is the Adjutant of the Greenville 16th Sons of the Confederacy, Camp #36 and a member of their Color Guard of Honor.
