Tommy Tinsley and President Pat Ramsey of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 523 demonstrate the correct way to retire the U.S. Flag at a Memorial Day held in Cleveland Park.

A demonstration was held by Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 523 at Cleveland Park on Memorial Day about how to properly retire the US Flag. First by cutting away the field of blue, and then it's no longer a flag but two pieces of cloth.
