2020: America's Wake-Up Call
- By Pat Buchanan
Who could have predicted how dreadful a year 2020 would be.
By this New Year's Eve, 19 million to 20 million Americans will have contracted a deadly virus in a pandemic that exploded out of China to carry off 333,000 Americans, one of every 1,000 of us.
As 2021 begins, Americans will be dying at the rate of 10,000 a week and contracting the virus at a rate of more than 1 million new cases a week.

America’s Future under Siege
- By Mike Scruggs
Where Are We Going?
The Election of November 3, 2020 is at this date still not settled. It is obvious to those who will hear the evidence and can easily connect the dots that there was massive organized Democratic Party vote fraud in at least six states—Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The fraudulent results of those six states tipped the vote balance from Trump-Pence to Biden-Harris. This orchestrated fraud included illegal rule changes, illegal official actions, illegal voting, dishonest counting, bullying, and computer manipulation of voting machines. This is documented by over 1,000 sworn affidavits, appalling mathematical impossibilities, and a growing number of forensic analyses on the voting machines of Dominion Voting Systems and related companies.
The Truth About Robert E. Lee & The Marxist Onslaught
- By Frank Raddish - Founder/Director Capitol Hill Independent Baptist Ministries
Under the cover of night, the Robert E. Lee statue was removed from Statutory Hall in the US Capitol where it stood beside our first president George Washington for many years. Virginia Governor Ralph (Black-faced) Northam--a leftist, crowd-pleasing Democrat--announced that the Marxists in his state wanted to replace the statue of Lee with that of Barbara Johns, a black activist.
SALTY SEZ – Planting Times & Reaping Times
- By Ray Simmons
Well, the election hasn’t gone as I had hoped. The whole world knows it was a rigged vote and I am confident that Trump would have won if only legal votes were counted, but the Dems had several months to work out ways to count fraudulent votes, and our justice system, our Congress and our so-called Media all have yellow stripes down their backs and refuse to acknowledge the fraud. I had prayed that God would upset their efforts and reveal the real evil behind them. So far He has chosen not to move in that direction (He will eventually).
Are 'Never Trumpers' the Future of the GOP?
- By Pat Buchanan
Denouncing the $900 billion COVID-19 relief bill as a parsimonious "disgrace" and hinting at an Alamo-style finish on Jan. 6, when Congress votes to declare Joe Biden the next president, Donald Trump is not going to go quietly.
The anti-Trumpers and "Never Trumpers" celebrating at Christmas 2020, in this "dark winter" of Joe Biden's depiction, are assuring each other that Trumpism and Trump are dead and gone for good in four weeks.
The Sovietization of California
- By Dennis Prager
I am writing this column upon returning home to California after five days in Florida. For the first time since my first trip to Los Angeles in 1974 and moving there two years later, I dreaded going to California.
That first trip, as a 25-year-old New Yorker, I experienced the palpable excitement looking at the American Airlines flight board at JFK airport and seeing "Los Angeles." For most Americans, the very name "California" elicited excitement, wonder, even envy of Californians, and most of all ... freedom. While America always represented freedom, within America, California exemplified freedom most of all.
Tevi Troy's 'Fight House' Holds Valuable Lessons for a Biden Administration
- By Veronique de Rugy
Neil Patel is off this week, Veronique de Rugy is filling in his place.
President Donald Trump and President-elect Joe Biden are quite different from each other. It is obvious in their personalities and in their policy positions. So, we can reasonably assume that their White House management styles will also be radically different. One thing is for sure: No matter how the new administration is managed, there will be some internal conflict.
Livelihoods and Liberty Left in the Lurch
- By Salena Zito
David Limbaugh is off. The following column is by Salena Zito.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania -- Seven years ago, combat veteran Jack Mook was a hard-nosed Pittsburgh detective who stumbled upon two young brothers who showed up intermittently at the boxing gym where he volunteered. The boys were living on the edge of despair: Their birth parents had failed them; their foster parents had failed them; and the system had failed them.
The Abominable 'America Last' Porkulus
- By Michelle Malkin
This country is not governed by a "Republican Party" and a "Democratic Party." It is governed by an establishment "uniparty" that betrays our citizens at every turn. Exhibit A: The joint annual ritual of fiscal vulgarity known as the omnibus spending bill.
While Americans are distracted with the holidays, Beltway crapweasels stuff their legislative Christmas trees with multibillion-dollar goodies for every special interest except the American people. I've reported with depressing regularity over the past quarter-century on how these pork-laden monstrosities get rammed through Congress, unread, with little scrutiny or outrage. But finally, light bulbs are going off.
Raphael Warnock Will Take Georgia and America in Wrong Direction
- By Star Parker
What would our nation look like if every day, every American -- of every background and ethnicity -- were to wake up with the conviction that they are 100% responsible for the circumstances of their lives?
No blame, no victimhood, no excuses saying that what is happening to them is because of someone else.
It touches, I believe, the heart of Christianity.
Operation Rescue Names President Trump 2020's Pro-Life Person of the Year
- By Operation Rescue
WASHINGTON -- Operation Rescue is pleased to announce that the recipient of the 2020 Person of the Year Malachi Award is President Donald J. Trump.
The Malachi Award is given by Operation Rescue every year to recognize individuals who sacrificially work to advance the cause of protecting the pre-born.
During President Trump's Administration, he has done more to protect unborn lives than any other President in U.S. History.
Can Democracy Hold Us Together?
- By Pat Buchanan
If America were a company and not a country, we would have long ago dissolved the corporation, split the blanket, and gone our separate ways.
What still holds this disputatious and divided people together?
Consider. In announcing the $900 billion stimulus bill to deal with the pandemic, Speaker Nancy Pelosi did not mention that the gifts for her distressed countrymen and women at Christmas would have been twice as large had she taken President Trump's offer of $1.8 trillion in October.
STAND America Super PAC Started by Bishop E.W. Jackson Urges Georgia Black Voters Not to Vote for Warnock and Ossoff
- By Christian Newswire
WASHINGTON -- Bishop E.W. Jackson has long advocated that black Americans leave the Democrat Party. In a final push before the January 5th run-off election in Georgia, he is urging Georgia's black voters not to vote for Senate candidates Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff. Jackson says their radical politics is contrary to the values of Georgia's black voters.

BETRAYAL: Republicans in the Senate Guarantee US Army Base Names in the South WILL Change
- By Gene Kizer, Jr., Charleston Athenaeum Press
No More Fort Benning Thanks to Senate Republicans
No More Fort Bragg Because STUPID Republicans Aligned with Elizabeth Warren Against Their Own Voters
How Stupid Can You Be
Despite President Trump's Brilliant, Strong Leadership, the National Republican Party Is Doomed
They Are WOKE But Soon Will Be Irrelevant
I have been voting Republican for 50 years, and proudly so. I have voted in every election since I was 18, local, state and national. I have only voted for one Democrat in my life, a Senate candidate 45 years ago, and I still regret it.
But, except for President Trump, many national Republican leaders are stupid, cowardly and weak.
Standing for Biblical Truth in the Georgia Runoffs
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
For most Americans, the election season is over, but that doesn't mean they're not paying attention to what is going on in Georgia, where not one, but two Senate seats and the Senate majority will be decided in a January 5th runoff election. With so much at stake for the future of our nation, the work to advance biblical truth continues. With just weeks to go until these important runoff elections, Georgians will play a huge role in the fate of our nation. Will Georgians allow our nation to slide into Marxism, the continued undermining of the nuclear family, defunding of police, funding of abortion, and more? Or will Georgians stand up for the first principles that made America great: faith, family, and freedom?
SALTY SEZ – Some Old Books
- By Ray Simmons
Been going through some old books and spotted one that kinda jumped out at me. Title: “The Planned Destruction of America”. I checked it out. It was written by a dentist, Dr. James W. Wardner, and he dedicated it to “those Americans who love their country as I was taught by my parents and who desire to know who has torn it apart and why.” Dr. Wardner copyrighted this book in 1994, 26years ago and the destruction was well under way to him. So when I say we’ve been asleep quite a while you can believe it. One of his early comments is “…we have been educated not to know.” Browsing among old books can sometimes surprise even me – “The Peoples Pottage” by Garet Garrett is so old the leaves have grown yellow. The edition I have is The Americanist Library edition printed in 1965 showing a copyright date of 1953 – some 67 years ago – and some of its commentary reads as though it were written yesterday. In a discussion about ways of capturing the seat of government it said the use of force was not to be considered, therefore it had to be done by ballot. Secrecy and stealth had to be employed and the people had to be convinced that what was being done was for their benefit. The ultimate goal of the elite rulers was to remove power from the people and gain the power for themselves. It was always POWER! The Democratic Party may have finally succeeded in giving Obama (It’s pretty obvious Obama will be the power behind Biden.) a third term as President. I’m afraid Uncle Sam just shot himself, with our help, we elected the Congress and refused to hold it accountable.
NOBTS, NGU Sign Articulation Agreement
- By Marilyn Stewart, NOBTS
A move that can help men and women called to ministry get placed into ministry positions sooner, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS) and North Greenville University (NGU), have partnered to count certain college credit hours toward a master of divinity degree, thereby saving students time and money.
Covid19 Reality versus Public Policy
- By Mike Scruggs
Political Agendas Are Distorting Public Perception and Policy
The Democrats made Covid19 one of the primary issues of the 2020 Election campaign. If you get your news mainly from ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, NPR, the New York Times, the Washington Post, Atlantic magazine or their ilk, you may have a distorted perception of who gets Covid19 and how dangerous it is.
Wake Up, America!
- By Frank Raddish - Founder/Director Capitol Hill Independent Baptist Ministries
Social justice is not the real reason for the Marxist invasion of America. It is the excuse to aggressively oppose the legitimacy of our constitutional republic. Benjamin Franklin said it right: you have a republic if you can keep it. He knew there would be mighty attacks against it to discredit and destroy its very foundation of who we are as Americans.
Pray For A “Happy Christmas”
- By W.H. Lamb
A “happy Christmas?” What happened to “Merry Christmas”? Back in the halcyon days of our cultural innocence and our racial/gender/transgender/non-mulicultural/age/class/political/religious/ educational “insensitivities”, Americans thought nothing of wishing their friends and family—even perfect strangers-- a “Merry Christmas”. I still do so, and I refuse to capitulate to the smarmy progressive “moonbats” and their brain damaged, guano-producing flock in our midst who consider me to be hopelessly old fashioned, culturally elitist, set in my ways, and unwilling to change. To those accusations I proudly and without apology plead “guilty”. Period—end of discussion! (But not the end of the article!)
Continuing Education During COVID-19
- By Veronique de Rugy
Attention readers: Neil Patel is off this week. Please enjoy the following column by Veronique de Rugy.
There's no doubt that the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted childhood education. In many countries, kids have physically returned to school. In others, schools were never closed. Yet in the United States, many public schools have been closed since March, yielding disastrous results for millions of kids. While scientific data say it's safe to bring them back, incentives in the school systems are such that many kids continue to be locked up at home rather than receiving a proper education.
Tulsi Gabbard Leaves House with Slew of Anti-Democrat Bills
- By Eagle Forum
Congresswoman and former Democratic Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) made headlines earlier this year for stating that “unless a woman’s life, or severe health consequences, is at risk, then there shouldn’t be an abortion in the third trimester” and that “abortion should be safe, legal, and rare.”
This was a large break from the mainstream Democratic position that abortion should be on-demand and that it’s her body, her choice. According to Vice, “the phrase safe, legal, and rare only further stigmatizes abortion…” Vice went on to say that Gabbard’s statement regarding restrictions on third-trimester abortion is “giving in to anti-choice fear-mongering around so-called “late-term abortions.”
After Lee, It's Lincoln's Turn
- By Pat Buchanan
First, they came for the Confederates. And that purge is far from over.
Jefferson Davis Highway in Arlington, named for the president of the Confederacy, has been re-christened Richmond Highway.
An Arlington group is calling for the removal of Robert E. Lee's name from Lee Highway to be replaced by "Mildred & Richard Loving Avenue." The Lovings were an interracial couple who challenged and helped overturn Virginia's anti-miscegenation law in the Warren Court.
