New initiative from EveryLife and AAPLOG brings forward the science women haven’t been told and invites them to see pregnancy the way it was always meant to be seen

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — EveryLife today launched ReThink Pregnancy, a national campaign built to give women the full picture of pregnancy — including the science that mainstream conversation has left out.

Founded by CEO Sarah Gabel Seifert, EveryLife has built its rapid growth on a simple premise: telling women the truth. With ReThink Pregnancy, that mission expands—inviting a broader conversation around what pregnancy is, what it isn’t, and how it shapes women’s lives.

“Young women today are often told that pregnancy is something to fear or even avoid, and rarely something to marvel at,” said Seifert. “I’ve seen that narrative shape some of the most important decisions in women’s lives, first as a pregnancy resource center director, and now as a mom and founder of a baby brand. ReThink Pregnancy tells the full story, one rooted in truth, in science, in real experiences, and in the extraordinary things a woman’s body was made to do. It’s the conversation women deserve.”

Developed in partnership with Dr. Christina Francis, OB-GYN and CEO of American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AAPLOG), the campaign brings forward scientific data and medical perspectives that are often absent from mainstream conversation.

“This campaign isn’t about minimizing the real challenges of pregnancy,” said Dr. Francis. “It’s about ensuring women have access to the full picture—including data that affirms the strength and resilience of the female body.”

ReThink Pregnancy highlights research and medical insights that are often absent from mainstream conversations, including:

  • Significant reductions in breast, ovarian, and uterine cancer risk associated with pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Lasting biological connections between mother and child — a phenomenon known as microchimerism
  • Neurological changes during pregnancy that may protect cognitive health later in life

Launching ahead of Mother’s Day, ReThink Pregnancy positions itself not as political messaging, but as a cultural reset—aimed at reshaping how an entire generation understands the beauty and benefits of pregnancy.

The campaign launches with a hero film and a seven-part video series featuring AAPLOG physicians and mothers, anchored by a new content destination at rethinkpregnancy.com. Additional video, written, and physician-authored content will continue rolling out through May.

Sarah Gabel Seifert and Dr. Christina Francis are available for interview, with potential talking points including:

  • Why we tell women to dream big – then warn them about pregnancy
  • How cultural messaging around pregnancy became increasingly one-sided
  • The science behind pregnancy’s long-term benefits for women
  • Why pregnancy is both a biological and a transformational event in a woman’s life
  • What it looks like to reclaim motherhood as strength—not sacrifice
