- By Eagle Forum
Urgent Action Needed! Please contact your Senators immediately and forward this information via email and social media!
On Wednesday, May 11, the U.S. Senate is poised to vote on the Women’s Health Protection Act, S. 4132 – the “Abortion on Demand until Birth” bill.
This legislation legalizes all abortions nationwide. In doing so, it will end every pro-life provision in state and federal law. The bill states that health care providers and women seeking an abortion have a “statutory right to abortion” without limitation or requirement. The abortion lobby and radical anti-life Washington politicians want to make abortion for any reason up until the moment of birth the law of the land.
Specifically, the Women’s Health Protection Act:

Full Court Pressed by Roe Riots
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
There've been some over-the-top reactions to the Supreme Court leak, but the fanatics have really outdone themselves with their latest idea: a Mother's Day strike. On Twitter, abortion zealots posted one thread after another urging people to cancel their Sunday plans to protest a decision that would give more women the chance to experience motherhood. "Mothers don't want flowers," an angry Petula Dvorak lashed out in the Washington Post. "They want bodily autonomy." In a bitter diatribe against chocolate, brunch, and cards, she argues that the entire holiday is "disempowering." Moms don't want toast in bed, according to Dvorak. They want the power to deprive other women of it.

Poll: 54% Think Abortion Should Be Illegal
- By Bob Adelmann - The New American
The latest Fox News poll reflects a pro-life trend that has been growing for years. In a poll completed just before Politico announced the leak of the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization on Monday, Fox reported that a majority thinks abortion should be illegal “all (11%) or most of the time (43%).” Those who think abortion should be legal “is [at] a record low and it’s also the first time the portion saying ‘illegal’ has been above 50% on a Fox News poll.”
The trend favoring the pro-life position has been apparent for years. Back in 1998, Gallup asked, “Do you think abortions should be legal under any circumstances, legal only under certain circumstances, or illegal in all circumstances?” At the time, 15 percent said abortion should be illegal in all circumstances. Ten years later, that percentage was 18 percent, and since then it has moved higher, to nearly 20 percent.

Is the End of Roe within Breach?
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
It was the scene that wasn't supposed to play out for another seven weeks -- angry protestors outside the Supreme Court, clutching signs and shouting at the building's dark offices. As word of the unprecedented leak on Dobbs started to spread, the crowd swelled, spilling into the sidewalks until the wee hours of the morning, as everyone speculated on what this window into the most important abortion ruling in 50 years could mean. While police raced to put up barricades around the court after the scandal hit the wire, one thing was crystal clear: a seismic shift on one of the fiercest political debates in America was already underway.
