Last week, President Donald Trump issued an executive order to preserve and protect the integrity of federal elections. It reads:
Free, fair, and honest elections unmarred by fraud, errors, or suspicion are fundamental to maintaining our constitutional Republic. The right of American citizens to have their votes properly counted and tabulated, without illegal dilution, is vital to determining the rightful winner of an election.
Current law already prohibits foreign nationals from registering and voting in Federal elections. Despite this fact, individuals are not required to show proof of citizenship to register or to vote. President Trump wants to make it easier for states to be able to verify voters but there is only so much the Executive Branch can do.
General On Thursday, April 3rd, Simmer’s SC Senate Hearing Continues!

Dr. Edward Simmer’s confirmation hearing will be continued in the Senate Medical Affairs Committee on April 3rd at 9:00AM in Room 308 of the Gressette Building. See the agenda HERE.
This hearing is to confirm Simmer’s statewide appointment as Director of South Carolina’s Department of Public Health (DPH) following Governor McMaster’s appointment in November 2024.
Simmer’s first hearing took place March 20th, where he spent the vast majority of his speech attacking anyone that has challenged him and his record. He stated that all of the “misinformation” going around is “dangerous” and only for social media “clicks”. The ironic part? Simmer ended his testimony stating that DPH needs to rebuild trust through “listening” to South Carolinians. After he spent around 30 minutes criticizing South Carolinians that have been critical of his track-record. Okay…
Amnesty Urges Hungary To Arrest Israel’s Netanyahu During Visit

JERUSALEM/BUDAPEST (Worthy News) – Human rights group Amnesty International urged Hungary on Monday to “hand over” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the International Criminal Court (ICC) after officials confirmed that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will host him later this week.
Netanyahu will fly to Budapest on Wednesday, April 2, and return to Israel on Sunday, April 6, his office confirmed, despite the lCC’s arrest warrant against him.
The trip is controversial as in November 2024, the ICC issued arrest warrants against Prime Minister Netanyahu, former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, and al-Qassam brigades commander Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri on charges of “war crimes and crimes against humanity.”

Conservatives Urge Trump to Bypass Blue States, Empower Local Schools and Parents with School Choice

As education advocates from the national to local level praise President Donald Trump’s commitment to deliver the four-decade-old conservative policy goal of abolishing the Department of Education, they warn that Democrat-controlled states could implement worse curricula than the federal DOE and ask the president to consider directly funding local school districts or parents through school vouchers.
President Trump campaigned on shuttering the 45-year-old federal department in 2024, and shortly after taking office, he moved swiftly to keep his promise. “The Secretary of Education shall, to the maximum extent appropriate and permitted by law, take all necessary steps to facilitate the closure of the Department of Education and return authority over education to the States and local communities while ensuring the effective and uninterrupted delivery of services, programs, and benefits on which Americans rely,” stated President Trump’s executive order, issued last Thursday, March 20. He also cut the number of federal employees working in the DOE by approximately half.

The FACE Act is a federal criminal law prohibiting actions blocking access to abortion clinics. It became law in 1994 as an effort to silence pro-lifers who peacefully protest outside abortion mills, making it a crime to speak out against the greatest civil rights issue of our time — the murder of the unborn.
