Mark Clayton Says Tennessee Registry of Election Finance Violates Civil Rights Act of 1871 Klu Klux Klan Act
- By Christian Newswire
Reaction of Mark Clayton to False Accusation of a Threat
NASHVILLE - Public Advocate president Eugene Delgaudio says:
"At last week's (Wednesday, May 18, 2022) Johnathan Hall hearing, individual state actors acting under color of law at the Tennessee Registry Board of Election Finance seemed to conspire to create a false political theater and clearly ambushed Mark Clayton in order to make false accusations of criminal behavior against Clayton.
"In lay terms, a spokesman presenting an emotional but sincere defense of a much attacked conservative black office holder was thrown out of a proceeding without real cause.
"The prosecutor seems to be using the registry to punish a witness for Mark Clayton and create a chilling effect on 30 other named witnesses in State v Clayton in which Mark Clayton defeated DA Glenn Funk's entire office by having the Judge dismiss the entire case.
"At the hearing, these state actors at the Registry board were told by Mark Clayton he is a key witness, in the cited Johnathan Hall case on their public agenda, is an interested party, and an on the record Interpleader party to the Johnathan Hall case.
"While he was speaking Clayton also asserted that the entire office of the prosecutor is already disqualified under court rules to prosecute Clayton and is also disqualified from prosecuting Johnathan Hall for revenge."

How To Reflect America
- By Anne Schlafly Cori
What is "diversity"? Everyday, I read about companies and schools bragging about the "diversity" of their employees and students, but this "diversity" is usually based on only a few superficial characteristics.
After a recent interview by a reporter from National Public Radio, I received the following email: "NPR is trying to do a better job reflecting America. When you have a sec, could you send me the following:
Sherman’s Campaign against Atlanta 1864
- By Mike Scruggs
The Legacy of Total War Strategy
Many historians date the Atlanta campaign from late April 1864 to September 2, 1864. The September 2 date, however, only marks the withdrawal of General Hood’s Confederate forces from Jonesboro and the official surrender by Atlanta Mayor, James Calhoun. That leaves out an important part of the history. It was not until November 12 that Sherman destroyed Atlanta by ordering all buildings except homes and churches to be burned. Many homes and churches, however, were caught up in the conflagration.
Union forces had begun to probe Confederate strength south of Ringgold, Georgia on April 24 with the objective of a major advance on Atlanta, an important Confederate railroad center and supply depot. Up until the middle of May, General Joe Wheeler’s Confederate cavalry were able to frustrate Sherman’s enormous army of over 100,000 men attempting to advance toward Atlanta.
We're Giving More Power to WHO?
- By Michele Bachmann - Family Research Council
In the United States we have lived under emergency orders from presidents, governors, and mayors for almost a year and a half.
These emergency orders have badly damaged our lives, our businesses, our (American) healthcare delivery system, and our ability to offer up a medical-scientific opinion that differs with or contradicts pronouncements from the World Health Organization (WHO). Presenting opinions that clash with the WHO's render the speaker subject to being called disseminator of "disinformation" by the squads of "fact checkers" that do nothing but work to enforce the prevailing "narrative."
The American economy was destroyed by COVID profligacy. We suffered devastating losses that will last a lifetime.
“Q”: Quack, Quisling, or Conspiracy Theory? – Part 1
- By W.H. Lamb
Before we dig into the “Q” phenomenon, let’s define some terms:
- QUACK: Obviously, the usual sound that a duck makes; but in this context, the derisive term aimed at a member of a profession, such as an attorney or, most often, a doctor, when it is discovered that said “professional” was never trained in that discipline but has been practicing it for a long time, many times injuring his/her victims either financially or medically, or both;
- QUISLING: A traitor who collaborates with an enemy force occupying one’s country. Named after Vidkun Quisling, a Norwegian army officer who founded Norway’s Fascist Party in 1933. He met with Adolph Hitler in December 1939 and urged him to invade and occupy Norway, which Hitler did in April, 1940. Quisling served as the puppet or figurehead President of Norway for the Nazis from 1940 to 1945. After Norway’s liberation in 1945, Quisling was executed for treason;
- CONSPIRACY THEORY: Something that is believed by either a small or large group of people, sometimes true and sometimes not true, and usually called “silly” or “ridiculous” by those at whom the “facts” are aimed, and which are usually put forth to try to explain the “true story” behind a particular real world event or an unfavorable shift in the culture of a nation or nations.
Democrats' Latest Phony Inflation Scapegoat: Credit Cards
- By Stephen Moore
In this administration, it's always someone else's fault. Inflation is now the No. 1 concern of voters, so the White House first blamed COVID. Then Donald Trump's tax cuts. Then Vladimir Putin. Then meatpackers and the poultry industry, Big Oil and pharmaceutical companies.
Now, Democrats have identified a new inflation scapegoat: plastic. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other credit cards hidden away in your wallet.
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Illinois) has had it out for credit cards for almost two decades, even though over that period, credit cards, which were once reserved for the rich, are now nearly ubiquitous in our society. Many stores don't even take cash anymore in the post-COVID world. The benefits and conveniences of paying with a plastic card are easily in the tens of billions of dollars to retailers and shoppers. Stores benefit because shoppers don't have to have cash on hand to make purchases. They also benefit from not having to deal with the exchange of cash, which can lead to theft by unscrupulous employees at the register.
Will Midterms Be Biden's Last Hurrah?
- By Pat Buchanan
For half a decade now, America's media elite have been obsessed with former President Donald Trump and the Republican Party's conversion to Trumpism.
Press and TV are daily consumed with his actions and prospects and the future of the party he captured in 2016.
Perhaps it is time to consider the prospects of President Joe Biden and the political future of his embattled presidency.
What are the odds that Biden, like Bill Clinton and Barack Obama before him, will run again in 2024, win reelection, serve out a second term and transfer his office to the 47th president on Jan. 20, 2029?
Critics Fear ESG Factors Could Diminish State Pension Investments
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
Two major investment management firms that handle a large chunk of South Carolina’s pension plan for state retirees are big proponents of the controversial environmental, social and governance (ESG) movement, The Nerve found in a review of pension and other records.
Of the approximately $39 billion market value of all investments by the pension plan at the end of last fiscal year, about $18.5 billion, or nearly half of the total, was managed by two of the world’s largest asset managers – New York-based BlackRock and Boston-based State Street Corporation, pension records show.

Are Republicans a Bunch of Racists?
- By Neil Patel
Are Republicans a bunch of racists? That's certainly the narrative that the corporate media is pushing as hard as it can. The context this time is the tragic killing spree in Buffalo, New York, carried out by a mentally deranged racist whose online manifesto includes a whole slew of racist and antisemitic conspiracies.
Are those sorts of things part of mainstream Republican thought? As an Indian American immigrant and a conservative Republican, this is not what I have experienced in any manner.
The racism charge today is based mostly on an alleged "great replacement theory," which the left claims a number of top Republicans and conservatives subscribe to. This theory, that a cabal of elites and Jews wants to flood America with a new immigrant minority to displace white Americans, is not something I have ever heard espoused.
Abortion Groups Promise Spike in Roe Rage
- By Suzanne Bowdey - Family Research Council
Missing the days of 2020, when angry mobs were fixtures on America's streets? If you're nostalgic for the arson, destruction, and looting, abortion activists are promising more of it. Back by unpopular demand, the Left's riots are set to return once the final Supreme Court ruling on Roe is handed down. "This will be a Summer of Rage across America," the Women's March vowed after last weekend's protests. "We will be ungovernable," the radicals threatened, until the violence they bring to our cities can be replicated in every mother's womb.
Upcoming WHO Meeting an Attempt at Globalization & a Threat to Sovereignty
- By Eagle Forum
Proposed changes to the WHO’s International Health Regulations would give the WHO control over the US’s trade concerns. The WHO has no place in domestic policy concerns. It threatens our national sovereignty!
The World Health Organization or, rather, the WHO, has gained worldwide recognition for its role in attempting mitigation of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020, governments around the globe were quick to adopt the WHO’s recommendations for dealing with the Coronavirus. The organization’s guidance has been confusing at best: from pushing lockdowns, to ending lockdowns, to mask shaming, to masks don’t do anything.
Can We Take Back Our Election Process?
- By Tom DeWeese - American Policy Center
What If We Just Said None Of The Above!
The clamor is growing louder every day. “They don’t listen.” “We have no real choice of candidates.” “The system is rigged for the elite.” “There’s no difference between the two parties.”
You hear it every election. Endless talk about the need to create jobs, build the economy, make the nation a “better place to live for our families,” and, my favorite, “restore trust!”
Who’s not for those wonderful things! The slogans work for Democrats and Republicans alike. These so-called issues are interchangeable. They are, in fact, nothing more than empty rhetoric.
Nullify the WHO’s “Pandemic Treaty”
- By The John Birch Society
URGENT; ACT NOW: The World Health Assembly will vote on the U.S.’s amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) when it convenes on May 22-28. These amendments, like the proposed pandemic treaty, will vastly expand the WHO’s power and could be used by the CDC to justify detaining American citizens. Contact your state legislators and urge them to nullify these dangerous amendments!
The World Health Organization (WHO) is negotiating a global pandemic treaty and considering dangerous amendments to its International Health Regulations (IHR) — these will further enable Covid medical tyranny while amounting to yet another step toward a one-world government. State governments can and should nullify these tyrannical schemes.
Quo Vadis, Mother Russia?
- By Pat Buchanan
"The demise of the Soviet Union was the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century," said Russia's new ruler Vladimir Putin in his 2005 state of the nation address.
"As for the Russian people," Putin went on, "it became a genuine tragedy. Tens of millions of our fellow citizens and countrymen found themselves beyond the fringes of Russian territory."
From Putin's standpoint, the statement was then and remains today understandable.
Consider. When Putin entered his country's secret service, Berlin was 110 miles deep inside a Soviet-occupied East Germany. Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria were member states of the Warsaw Pact.
Biden Bungles Border
- By Eagle Forum
Eagle Forum Joins Effort to Reform Loose Immigration Laws
As inflation, supply chain delays, and baby formula shortages currently dominate the news cycle, there is still another issue that has marred the Biden administration from the beginning. Last year, the White House spitefully reversed a multitude of Trump-era border security measures causing immigrants to flood into the United States. Even liberal media took notice. Yet, the Biden administration and its leftist cronies continue to look the other way.
Now, a decision on Title 42 is imminent. Title 42 was used by both the Trump and Biden administrations to turn away immigrants at the border during the COVID-19 pandemic. The White House announced its plan to end the restriction on May 23rd, but twenty-four states sued over concerns that the high number of immigrants who could possibly come with health problems will inflict financial burdens on the states. A federal judge is expected to rule on this matter any day.
New Video with Actual 911 Recording Shows Why Kansans Must Vote 'Yes' on Pro-Life Amendment in August
- By Press Release
Abortion 911 - Value Them Both Amendment in Kansas
WICHITA, Kan. -- Kansans will have the opportunity to vote "yes" on the pro-life "Value Them Both" Amendment on August 2, 2022, that will specify there is no "right" to an abortion in the Kansas Constitution.
Operation Rescue has released a new video with permission from the Do Right PAC that features excerpts from an actual 911 call made on April 2, 2022, by Ashley Brink, the Clinic Director for Trust Women Wichita, an abortion facility that takes the lives of innocent children through 21.6 weeks of pregnancy.
Audit: Nearly Half of Biden’s Twitter Followers Are Fake
- By Veronika Kyrylenko - The New American
Nearly half of President Joe Biden’s Twitter followers are bogus, an audit done with the software company SparkToro’s tool revealed. The total number of fake and spam accounts on the platform is, in fact, much bigger than the company is willing to admit.
According to a Newsweek report,
SparkToro’s tool found that 49.3 percent of accounts following the official @POTUS Twitter account are “fake followers” based on analysis of a number of factors, including location issues, default profile images and new users.
As of today, America’s “most popular” president is presumably followed by 34.2 million users.
Starbucks on Dangerous Grounds with Abortion
- By Suzanne Bowdey - Family Research Council
Starbucks pays big bucks for their PR firm's advice -- but not as much as they're about to pay for ignoring it. "Don't take a stance you cannot reverse," Zeno Group warned corporate clients after the Supreme Court leak. A lot of major brands have listened, terrified of becoming the next Disney. Not this one. The coffee giant, who's never been afraid to stir the pot, is out with their most outrageous policy yet -- and every cup you buy helps pay for it.
At Seattle's most famous franchise, management wasn't content just paying for employees' abortion travel. (That's so Amazon.) Starbucks wanted to make a real statement, announcing that not only would they help employees abort their children -- but they'll pay to send the ones parents keep out of state to change their sex. A statement from the company's Sara Kelly announced that Starbucks is committed to the most outrageous forms of corporate activism -- including transgender payouts. "Regardless of where you live or what you believe, partners enrolled in Starbucks healthcare will now be offered reimbursement for eligible travel expenses when accessing abortion or gender-affirming procedures when those services are not available within 100 miles of a partner's home."

The Prosecution of Idaho Mom Sara Brady
- By Michelle Malkin
MERIDIAN, IDAHO -- Kleiner Park is an all-American, family-friendly gathering place west of Boise with 60 acres of greenery, trails, ponds, outdoor performance facilities, picnic shelters, and children's swings and slides. Two weeks ago, I enjoyed a visit there with several hundred freedom activists gathered to support GOP Lt. Gov. Janice McGeachin's gubernatorial bid. The sun shone brightly. Toddlers romped on the lawn. A sea of unmasked faces roared the Pledge of Allegiance in joyful unison.
Ukraine War Kids, 'Forgotten Children' to Taste Joy at Summer Camps

U.S.-based Slavic Gospel Association aims to help local churches give 50,000 boys, girls 'life-changing' experience
LOVES PARK, Ill. -- A U.S.-based mission to the former Soviet Union aims to help give 50,000 disadvantaged boys and girls a "life-changing" summer camp experience this year, including children suffering because of the war in Ukraine.
Illinois-based Slavic Gospel Association (SGA, www.sga.org) partners with thousands of local churches across the vast region to provide summer camps at more than 600 locations for abandoned children, orphans, kids living in poverty, and victims of war.
According to reports, nearly two-thirds of all Ukrainian children have fled their homes since the war began.
Black Conservatives Convene for a 'New Birth of Freedom'
- By Star Parker
Recent remarks by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, noting the institutional damage caused by the leak of Justice Samuel Alito's opinion on Roe v. Wade, have gotten exhaustive coverage in the press.
But, not surprisingly, the venue where Thomas made these remarks has gotten little attention by these same journalists.
The event was a convening of the nation's leading Black conservative intellectuals -- from academia, policy institutes, media -- to focus on, as explained in a press release from one of the institutional sponsors, the American Enterprise institute, why "despite decades of affirmative-action programs, wealth-redistribution schemes and other well-intentioned government efforts, racial gaps in educational achievement, employment, income, family formation and crime persist."
Who exclusively reveals true God-Christianity or Islam
- By Jim S. Brooks - Roebuck, SC
The question is constantly asked in America: “Do Christians and Muslims worship the same God?” The specific and unequivocal answer is an emphatic and specific-no!
The foundational spiritual teachings of Islam about Jesus Christ are unequivocally and dramatically contradictory to the foundational spiritual teachings of Christianity about Jesus Christ; and, there is no way to blend, accommodate or compromise either with the other! They are antithetical! Light and darkness! There is no Christianity, or reconciliation with God, without the death of Jesus on the cross! Islam, in the Koran, teaches Jesus did not on the cross! It disputes His WORD!

Shady Payments Laundered through National Institutes of Wealth
- By Joshua Arnold - Family Research Council
A usually hum-drum budget hearing turned fiery last Wednesday when Representative John Moolenaar (R-Mich.) took Acting National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director Dr. Lawrence Tabak to task over special payments made over the past 10 years to Dr. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Francis Collins, and other officials. NIH oversees distributing federal grants for scientific research, and many of the payments seemed to come from the same major pharmaceutical companies that received those grants.
"The idea that people get a financial benefit from certain research that's been done and grants that were awarded, that is, to me, the height of the appearance of a conflict of interest," argued Moolenaar. In response, Tabak had to admit, "I certainly can understand that it might seem as a conflict of interest," but he insisted it's all perfectly legal.
